Notepad++ can do it I believe. There should be an option for line endings or file format. On an iPad at the moment so can't check... If you are using Linux, you can do it in vim, command :set ff=unix will change the file format to Unix line endings.

Thank you for the donation. Moving...

The cgi-bin folder showing a forbidden message is normal unless you have an index file or specify a file name. The scripts themselves seem to be broken. I switched startdiscord.py back to 3.7 and added a "script start" debug message to http://alpriven.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/startdiscord.py and it shows, so the server is running the script when triggered. Also, be aware the stuff in the bots folder still has dos line endings...

It's basically a virtual PC. It comes with a bare OS installation and you install whatever you want. We have people using a VPS to run Tomcat apps, game servers, regular websites, email servers, etc. If you need help getting that installed, Krydos can assist with getting it running for you.
-
Not sure if Krydos can get logs on this or not. As for 50 emails, pooks answered that. It can be 1 message to 50 people, 50 emails each to 1 person, or any combination. Doesn't matter how it's sent, once 50 people receive something, number 51 gets you suspended. We used to do 50 emails (with unlimited recipients), but phishers started sending 50 emails to 100 people each to make sure their phishing got out, so we started counting recipients instead of actual messages.
-
It was for failed imap logins. Please check your mail client. Unblocked.
-
You're suspended for sending too many emails. Please keep your email use under the limit of 50 recipients per day. Unsuspended.

Ns2 is down at the moment. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/

No problem. The .br domains are a known issue due to the .br TLD not following industry standard practices used by nearly every other domain TLD out there. As a result, DNS issues with these domains are common.
-
The settings are still not correct. Make sure you actually set custom DNS servers, and allow several hours for the settings to take effect. We see this: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=phabricademoda.com.br&rec=NS A correctly configured domain will have records similar to these: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=raxsoft.com&rec=NS

Unblocked. Also, if you use https://heliohost.org/login/ this won't happen.

He can change his email address without starting over. There's an option for contact information in cpanel to update it.
-
You should've gotten an email with a link to create your replacement account. Did you not receive it? The Ricky account will be left alone since it's not yours.

PhpPgAdmin is the data manager for Postgres. There should be an option for it cpanel. https://ricky.heliohost.org:2083/3rdparty/phpPgAdmin/index.php Postgres is quite clunky in my opinion, but it does work. Most people just create the database and user, then install software that populates the DB as part of the installation process.

You can always buy a VPS. https://heliohost.org/vps/ You get full root access on a VPS so you can run whatever you want. For one app, the cheapest option will do. Proc_open is annoying. I have a few apps that I had to put elsewhere for the same reason.
-
Somehow both of you had the same email address...that's not even supposed to be possible. I've sent the invite to the email address on the backup for account vfull instead since it was different from the Ricky account. It's a gmail account ch***@gmail.com (same as your forum profile), the invite will probably be found in spam as typically happens with Gmail. Please "Not Spam" it if you find it in there.
-
Krydos can grab the logs for you.
-
This is intentionally disabled for security reasons and cannot be added. Sohamb03 doesn't know what proc_open is. It's basically the same thing as exec(), and poses a massive security and abuse risk on a shared server since it lets you run shell commands.

A backup from August that does not contain malware and phishing content is available here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ Note that unless you fix or remove WordPress, it's likely to get hacked again pretty quickly. Please be aware that the email address needed for the backup is NOT the same one that's on your banned account. An invite has been sent for a replacement account. EDIT: Actually, you already have a second account called chechi07. You're not allowed to have more than one account anyway, so you can just keep the Ricky account that has the same email address. Do you want me to move it to Tommy for you?

That domain is showing as having no DNS records. You'll need to contact your registrar if you help setting the name servers on your domain. Please set the name servers to NS1.heliohost.org and NS2.heliohost.org We see these records as of now (none at all): https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=phabricademoda.com.br&rec=ALL

If you didn't put this there, someone hacked your account and did. I noticed WordPress on your account, which is infamous for being hacked, so I'd bet that was the cause. WP has terrible security, is poorly written, slow, bloated, and otherwise just junk software. Just about every other CMS is better these days, but sadly WP persists due to popularity and legacy despite being of poor quality. For HelioHost, WP is the number one cause of unexpected Phishing bans. If you would like a replacement account, please let me know and I'll send you an invite.
-
It's banned for phishing because a Gmail phishing website was set up on the account. root@tommy [/home/vfull/www/gmail]# ls -R .: cgi-bin Gmail_Phishing-master.zip login ./cgi-bin: ./login: accounts.gmail.php Gmail1_files Gmail2_files index.php logins.txt README.md redirect.php ./login/Gmail1_files: arrow_back_grey600_24dp.png glogo.png grayImg.png universal_language_settings-21.png ./login/Gmail2_files: 1 arrow_back_grey600_24dp.png img1.png universal_language_settings-21.png root@tommy [/home/vfull/www/gmail]#

That should be fixed. You probably need to clear your cookies and cache as well to make it take effect.

That IP is not blocked. Note that it can take 15 minutes or so for the IP to unblock, you tried again after only 6 minutes.
