That account does not exist. The closest I can find is an account paulorib that might be yours (email address is similar, has a .br domain, but not the one listed here). Is this your account?

We've been having tons of weird issues with DNS propagation lately for some reason. EU.org is by far the worst affected, but I've seen Freenom and others take their time on occasion as well. We have no idea why. What's weird is that in my experience, if I manually park one of these broken domains for someone, the DNS suddenly propagates within hours, as if everyone else was waiting for us to park it. (There are some domains that do this intentionally, namely the .br TLD which refuses name servers if they're not preconfigured, but I've never seen it outside of .br). What do you want this added as? If you want an addon domain, please create a subdomain on your account and let me know what it is so I can park your domain on top (that's all an addon domain is internally...a subdomain with an alias on top ). If it's an alias, just let me know and I'll park it.

Yep. Ricky doesn't have that button because his cPanel is really old. It can take a while on that server too because its so slow. It's been run manually for you. Certificates are currently showing as pending for the following domains: mail.kengaming.tk kengaming.heliohost.org kengamin Mar 17, 2020 3:00:22 PM 869142501 Pending www.kengaming.tk kengaming.heliohost.org kengamin Mar 17, 2020 3:00:22 PM 869142501 Pending kengaming.tk kengaming.heliohost.org kengamin Mar 17, 2020 3:00:22 PM 869142501 Pending webdisk.kengaming.heliohost.org kengaming.heliohost.org kengamin Mar 17, 2020 3:00:22 PM 869142501 Pending cpanel.kengaming.heliohost.org kengaming.heliohost.org kengamin Mar 17, 2020 3:00:22 PM 869142501 Pending webmail.kengaming.heliohost.org kengaming.heliohost.org kengamin Mar 17, 2020 3:00:22 PM 869142501 Pending mail.kengaming.heliohost.org kengaming.heliohost.org kengamin Mar 17, 2020 3:00:22 PM 869142501 Pending www.kengaming.heliohost.org kengaming.heliohost.org kengamin Mar 17, 2020 3:00:22 PM 869142501 Pending kengaming.heliohost.org kengaming.heliohost.org kengamin Mar 17, 2020 3:00:22 PM 869142501 Pending

[Solved] Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted
wolstech replied to exciter's topic in Escalated Requests
I'll pass this to Krydos, but I have a feeling that this limit cannot be increased any further. 128MB is already a lot of memory for one script. If you need more than 128MB of memory, the script is too heavy to be run here. It sounds like you're either using poorly written code, or you've outgrown our service. -
[Inactive] Suspended: http://vin355.heliohost.org/
wolstech replied to vin355's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
That account does not exist and I can't find any record of it ever having existed. However, you do currently have an account called vinayak1 with the domain vinayak1.heliohost.org that matches your forum profile email address. -
Indeed. That 3 month immunity was applied in September when the move was requested, and expired at the end of December. You should've received warning emails again starting in January. You should not have received warning emails in Oct/Nov/Dec. If you've since donated again, please let us know the transaction info for the new donation and we can apply the new immunity for that donation.

We strongly discourage running such bots here. Most won't run at all, and the ones that do are known for causing tons of load and getting users suspended. You really need to buy a VPS to run such a program properly. https://heliohost.org/vps/ (the cheapest option would work).

Yes. It's not set up yet though. Our other root admin Krydos is the one who handles these, so you'll need to wait for him to respond.

Krydos has to set this up for you.

What's the name of the database user needing access?

I completely missed that. The archive is missing though, so the old account cannot be restored. An invite has been sent for a replacement johnny account.

[Solved] Unable to host my domain on heliohost
wolstech replied to whisdfkj's topic in Customer Service
You'd need to make the domain an addon domain if you want to use a folder other than public_html. Since you cannot use our name servers for some reason, you cannot use addon domains. The main domain always points to public_html and cannot be changed. As a result, the answer to your question is simply "you can't." -

[Solved] Unable to host my domain on heliohost
wolstech replied to whisdfkj's topic in Customer Service
Correct, you should add all appropriate records. The most important will be the A or CNAME records for mail, www, ftp, and cpanel, and the TXT records for mail (DKIM and SPF). If you use webdisk you'll want to add that one as well. You can take a look in the cPanel zone editor to see what they should be. Keep in mind that if you decide to use subdomains, you'll need to add an A or CNAME record for the new subdomain on CF as well. -
[Solved] Unable to host my domain on heliohost
wolstech replied to whisdfkj's topic in Customer Service
It's because of Cloudflare. CF is providing the required DNS so the domain is working. I see a login prompt when I visit it. The server is fully ready to accept requests for the domain, but our DNS servers are not cooperating for some reason so nobody was able to find it. Our name servers have something wrong with them I think. When I query either of them for your domain, I get "query refused", which is an error I've never seen before. I'd normally have Krydos look into this, but since you're using CF it's a moot point anyway. -
This seems like it's gotten worse over the past 24 hours with spikes now occurring more than once an hour in many cases... Until we can get NS1 off of the server, what else can be done? Could we consider disabling clamd for the time being? How about turning off instant domain configuration temporarily to reduce apache restarts? Maybe set the free sign ups to 0 (I doubt this one would help much)?
