Yes our server supports those labguages and technologies. Those missing lines wouldn't break anything (though they won't do anything either on our servers). Odds are you need to change the PHP version to whatever the program requires. Does the software say what version of PHP is needed? If so, you can change the version in cPanel under the software section using "MultiPHP Manager". If you don't know what version to use, try PHP 5.6 and PHP 5.4.

The fix should apply to any domain. Users mostly complain about freenom domains since that's the most common registrar here, but the issue and fix should apply to all external domains regardless of registrar. If your domain is still not able to be added, please let us know.

Yep, that's broken too at the moment (for Johnny users) because the background processing program that handles setting all this stuff up is hung on Johnny.

Where did you put the files for this program? I don't even see it on your account. The only thing I see on your account is a wordpress installation in the public_html folder.

Can you check on this? It looks like bihourly is hung on Johnny...server load looks good, but none of yesterday's accounts created and an Apache restart has been pending for 12 hours.

We can't whitelist them without the IPs and the specific port needed for each IP. We do not honor requests for "any IP on any port" for security reasons. This is a known issue. Most external domains currently cannot be added due to a DNS problem. Krydos has been needing examples of broken domains, so I'll leave this alone for him to look at.

@sohamb03: that won't work, the Apache configuration is corrupt for one of his domains.

There's a known problem with adding external domains at the moment. You're one of numerous people wrongly seeing this message over the past few days. I'll be passing this onto Krydos so he can figure out what's causing it.

No we do not. Many people use Cloudflare for this though.

This issue is actually your isp or your computer. Someone between us and you has stale dns records cached. Try clearing your dns cache on your pc, and also try using a different internet connection (like a cell phone data plan) and see if you can reach your site. When I visit your site, I see a stock prestashop installation, so it's working properly.

Unblocked. What are you doing that's getting it blocked? There's not much to really mess up on SFTP. Username and password are always the same as cPanel, and additional accounts are not supported (they have to use plain FTP on port 21).

They seem to eventually fix themselves if you wait. At least one of them worked on its own (the freenom case) the following day. I suspect DNS is just being really slow for some reason. That said, I'll leave a broken one for you when I get another one.
