  1. You can find the instructions for using Python on HelioHost here: http://www.heliohost.org/home/features/languages/python
  2. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 1 file(s). Suspect.Bredozip-zippwd-3 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  3. We are always looking for help around the forums and on our IRC channel.
  4. Your account has been deleted. You may now create your account on Stevie.
  5. If you have all the backups you need, I can delete your Johnny account for you.
  6. The queued page is normal for all new domains and lasts usually about 24 hours.
  7. Strange. I'll let the admins know. I guess you can't use underscores
  8. To the extent of my knowledge, HelioHost does not block mail from being sent to some domains. Please post the delivery error email that you receive.
  9. That can be caused by high server load or a coding error. Look for error_log files in the public_html and wp-admin folders. Those should give you more details that what cPanel tells you.
  10. I'm not finding that account in the database. Go ahead and try again. We don't block any email providers, so my guess is your provider's spam filter got in the way somehow. Also, I don't see any mentioning of underscores in the username on the Johnny signup page.
  11. Yes, it should work just fine. I am not finding your account in the database. Your browser or local DNS most likely has something cached, but you should have no trouble creating the new account.
  12. You can monitor sign ups using http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/helio/sign-up.php
  13. Try this Email address: email@domain.tld Incoming server username: email@domain.tld Incoming server: stevie.heliohost.org Incoming server protocol: IMAPS (SSL) Incoming server port: 993 Incoming authentication type: Password Outgoing server username: email@domain.tld Outgoing server: stevie.heliohost.org Outgoing server protocol: SMTPS (SSL) Outgoing server port: 465 Outgoing authentication type: Password *change hostname to johnny.heliohost.org for Johnny accounts
  14. I'm not sure what format you would be comfortable with, so I suggest searching "php prado tutorial" (without the quotes) on Google.
  15. Please clear your cache.
  16. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  17. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org
  18. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  19. To the extent of my knowledge, it is not possible to increase disk space except by winning our website contests.
  20. JavaScript is a client-side language, thus could be used on any server.
  21. Johnny hosts unstable services such as Java, ASP, and Ruby on Rails. If you do not need any of those services, then I recommend that you sign up for Stevie. You can monitor sign up times at http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/helio/sign-up.php
  22. Databases take up very little space. I have never looked into database hosting. Perhaps other users could share their favorite database hosting providers? I'm sure searching "free MySQL hosting" on Google will yield decent results.
  23. Johnny accounts take a bit longer to come out of the queued state due to high server load. Give it another 24 to 48 hours and let us know if you still have issues.
  24. Removing the backup from the server will help. We have found from experience that most websites don't require much space. Sites such as large image and video galleries are recommended to use free storage services such as Dropbox.
  25. You should be able to, but keep in mind that each installation requires an individual database.
