  1. I am seeing a blank page as well. I suggest restoring the latest backup you have (if any) and research the theme before attempting to change it again.
  2. It's 500MB per account, so 500MB on your Stevie account and 500MB on your Johnny account.
  3. Your account was suspended for running four cron jobs in one day. Users are limited to two jobs per day. If you need more cron, I suggest using a free service such as setcronjob.com. Your account has been unsuspended.
  4. It is possible. See http://wiki.helionet.org/MySQL_Databases#Connecting_Remotely for instructions on using remote MySQL.
  5. Each account gets a total of 500MB to share across all domains. We have found that amount to be suitable for most websites. Sites that host videos, images, or other large files are encouraged to utilize free services such as Dropbox or YouTube. Also, just as a reminder, users are only allowed to have one account. It is possible to have one account per server (for example, your primary site on Stevie, and experimental projects using Ruby on Rails, Java, or ASP on Johnny). However, you must post in Customer Service requesting permission for dual-account priviledges stating your reason for two accounts.

Make sure your perl script is stored in the cgi-bin folder with file permissions set to 755.
  7. I must admit I am a bit unsure of the issue. Is the issue that sending mail from illegalknowledge@yahoo.com to mail@illegalknowledge.com is failing, or that mail@illegalknowledge.com is not forwarding to illegalknowlege@yahoo.com?
  8. Johnny accounts sometimes take a bit longer to finish configuration due to higher server load. Give it another 24 hours.
  9. Your account is listed as active in the database and your site loads fine. Try a password reset and/or a different browser.
  10. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org
  11. That username and/or domain is not located on our system. Most likely it was deleted due to inactivity. Feel free to create a new account and restore any backup data you may have, because Heliohost does not keep any backups of your data once your account has been deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to automatically delete inactive accounts to make room for users who are still active otherwise our servers would soon be overloaded. To prevent this from happening again in the future don't forget to log into your account at least once every 30 days.
  12. Your account was suspended for running five cron jobs in one day. Users are limited to two jobs per day. If you need more cron, I suggest a free service such as setcronjob.com. Your account has been unsuspended.
  13. You were suspended for running ten cron jobs in one day. Users are limited to 2 jobs per day. If you need more cron, I suggest using a free service such as setcronjob.com. Your account has been unsuspended.
  14. Make sure your username and password are correct, and that you are connecting to the server during a low load period. You can monitor server stats at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ You can also try uploading your file through cPanel's file manager. If you still have connection issues, please create a new topic in Customer Service.
  15. By creating myotherdomain.com as an addon domain, cPanel automatically creates a subdomain of your main domain for you (it asks what you want it to be). You can also simply create a subdomain set to the same directory as myotherdomain.com. For example, if myotherdomain.com points to /home/example/public_html/test, you would set subdomain.mydomain.com to point to /home/example/public_html/test

  18. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  19. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  20. I am seeing the queued page on your domain ktag.tk. Try again in about 24 hours and it should work fine. Be sure to clear your cache.
  21. Stevie's IP is blocked by the Great Firewall of China. Please post in Customer Service to request your account be moved to an IP accessible in China.
