Ok so I upgraded my site to WP 3.6 and scanned it with two malware scanners --- looks clean and I dont' see any suspect code or files hope its ok now

Hey Guys-- I appreciate that the service is free-- but I'm suspended again for no reason-- If you check out my former suspended post-- we went through this like 3 days ago!! I only have one account and I only have one site. don't use too much bandwidth etc What could be the reason I'm suspended again? ps the script to refresh site didnt' work for me-- sorry, help please? I can login to my account and I see that my files are there but when i try to look at my site on the web-- its not resolving-- is there a delay for the content to go live again? is there anything I need to do-- or just wait? i'm getting the following error message sorry for newb questions Oops! HI-- I'm not sure what you mean by more than one user! I only had one account--- pbrack and I was the only user and only one site was hosted-- peterbrackenbury.com... when I found myself locked out of that account and the renewal script was not working for me-- I tried to reset the password but that script sent an email but never seemed to complete the process of resetting my password-- I did after being locked out try to set up a new account under the name pbrack2-- is that where the violation lies? I only did that to try to get into the forum which I mistakenly thought was tied to the account log-in user/pass all I want is for the single pbrack account and user to function again

I'm getting the hh suspended page but when I try to login or reactivate i'm getting this error: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive.
