Brute force protection is enabled after too many failed login attempts to either cPanel or FTP. Please make sure any FTP client passwords are up-to-date. It usually clears itself after a couple of hours, but that increases based on the amount of attempts to login after brute force was enabled. It's probably clear now. If not, let us know and we can manually disable it. -

We've had issues with gmx.com/gmx.de addresses before, but not this one specifically. In the past the issues have been on our end, but this could be on their end. -
Yes, PHP is enabled on both servers for all accounts automatically. You simply upload your files through FTP, cPanel's file manager, etc. and visit the webpage in your browser to run the script.

Odd that you couldn't post it. What domains are you sending the emails to? No need to post the entire address, just the domain. We've had some issues with particular domains before. Also, a copy of the email you receive in response would help as well. -
I am loading your page fine (see attached screenshot). Johnny is the unstable server, and occasionally causes problems for more complex sites. If you do not require services such as ASP.net, Java, or Ruby on Rails, I suggest moving to Stevie.

HelioHost limits email sending to 50 per day as a spam prevention measure. There is no hourly limit that I am aware of. -

Please clear your cache. Just a tip, Unix based systems are case sensitive with file names. Be sure to name your index files with a lowercase "i", such as index.html not Index.html. -

This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org -
