  1. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 1 file(s). PHP.Shell-56 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  2. I can't access any information since the service requires an account. Could you link to a publicly accessible documentation for the caching program?
  3. Since this is your second suspension for the same malware issue, I'm going to wait for Krydos to respond with a hint of the affected files.
  4. I could split the topics, but it would be out of context since we are still waiting for your static IP to be granted.
  5. I'm not sure if mod_perl is installed. I think it is. If not, you may create a new topic in Customer Service requesting mod_perl to be installed.
  6. setcronjob.com executes scripts via a URL. A port scanner should be able to tell you what ports are open.
  7. We do! Take a look at http://www.heliohost.org/home/features/languages/perl for information on running Perl scripts on HelioHost. We also do have a crontab, but please keep in mind that users are limited to running two cron jobs per day. If you need more cron, I suggest using a free service such as setcronjob.com. As for listening on a UDP port, please try to use a port that is already open. If you must have a different port open, you may post in Customer Service requesting your port to be opened, along with a statement of what exactly you will be using it for and why you can't use a port already open.
  8. No, your activity is reset only when you login to cPanel.
  9. I sent it. It was returned with this message: Try sending a message from your registered address to iceitsup@heliohost.org.
  10. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache. NOTICE: This is your second suspension for high load. A third suspension may be permanent.
  11. Your account was suspended for inactivity, because you haven't logged into your account in the last 30 days. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit http://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.
  12. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  13. A message has been sent to the email registered with your account.
  14. Using the static IP will have no effect on the speed of the connection, as it all goes to the same server. Stevie is having unusually high load today, most likely due to someone abusing server resources. Once the account(s) are suspended, load should return to normal and your speed will increase.
  15. You need to post in Customer Service with the PayPal transaction ID, telling us which account to assign the dedicated IP to.
  16. Stevie appears to be experiencing unusually high server load, most likely caused by someone abusing server resources. The offending account(s) will be suspended once found, and load should return to normal shortly.
  17. Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.

  21. The most common reason to use a static IP on HelioHost is for SSL capabilities. It's not really necessary for much else.
  22. Create or edit your web.config file (located in the folder your domain points to) and add the suggested data above. That will then allow you to see a much more detailed error message. A common issue with ASP applications is having the wrong version. Make sure your ASP application is set to use version 3.5.
  23. The only way that method would work for him is if he has <username>.heliohost.org set as his main domain, and directories with the website URL as the directory name created in public_html, along with parked/addon domains pointed to those directories. Your best chance is through an HTTP proxy or VPN. I recommend https://www.portproxy.net/ as a free HTTP proxy or https://www.pptpvpn.biz/ as a free VPN.
  24. Try setting the permissions of the folder to 755 and then deleting the folder. I doubt this to be the issue, but just in case try it. If that doesn't do it, login through SFTP (see instructions in cPanel - you can do this with FileZilla) and delete the folder. If that still doesn't solve the issue, please post a screenshot of your SFTP window with the folder information (name, permissions, attributes, etc.). Also, make sure you don't have a cron job or other script set to create these folders. If you are deleting folders that were there when you first created your account, they are most likely system folders and can't be deleted. Also consider disabling Frontpage (can be done in cPanel) if you aren't using it.
  25. Yes you can. Take a look at Shinryuu's first post in this topic http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/16510-problem-with-cgi-executable-using-mysql-c-api/ for compiling tips.
