We've had this issue with gmx.de addresses before. -

1. Login to my.dot.tk 2. Go to domains 3. Click on modify for your domain 4. Select Custom DNS (farthest option on the right) 5. Enter ns1.heliohost.org in the host name box 6. Enter ns2.heliohost.org in the second host name box (below the first) 7. Leave the IP Address boxes blank 8. Click on the Save Changes button Give it up to 24 hours for changes to propogate. Unfortunately with free .tk domains it can take up to four days (96 hours) for changes to propogate. At least it has in my experience. Once your NS records are set and propagated, you then may create an addon or parked domain in cPanel.

Gloomtech.com appears to beset as your main domain in the database and our servers have setup DNS for your domain: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=gloomtech.com&rec=ALL Now it's just a matter if waiting for Johnny to finalize configuration and you'll be good to go! -

As you can see here: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=yami.us&rec=MX Zoho MX records are currently set for your domain. To set HelioHost as a backup server, simply add a new record with whatever priority and host name of yami.us. Ensure that you either have the same email addresses set on Zoho and Heliohost, or a catch-all set on Heliohost, so that in the event of your lowest priority record ever being used, mail isn't bounced back. -

Look for galerimachiato.cherio.heliohost.org in the Subdomains page of cPanel. If you find it, you can delete it and then try adding the domain again. If you would prefer not to delete the subdomain, then change the default subdomain name to something else when adding your addon domain. If that doesn't solve the problem, let us know and we can investigate further.
