  1. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org
  2. The screenshot provided isn't at all helpful. Can you provide any more detail? Check for any error_log files in your public_html folder and post the contents. Also, please provide the following: -your cPanel username -your main domain -the server you are on -a link to your Wordpress installation

  6. The reason this doesn't work is because domain forwarding displays the content of the URL you provide. In this case, ns1.heliohost.org constantly displays the Account Queued page because a website does not exist at ns1.heliohost.org. You need to set NS records as ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. To do this in dot.tk, follow these steps: Login and edit the domain. Select Custom DNS Enter ns1.heliohost.org in the first hostname box Enter ns2.heliohost.org in the second hostname box Leave the IP address boxes blank Click Save Your domain should display your site correctly within 24 hours.

  10. It seems that something is redirecting traffic from fabioesteves.com to fabioesteves.heliohost.org, which no longer exists since you changed your main domain. Remove any .htaccess files in your public_html folder (but make a backup first). If that doesn't solve the issue, then Wordpress itself is redirecting your traffic, and you will need to re-configure Wordpress.

  13. To have Java projects, deployed, you need to request your .war file be deployed in Customer Service. In this case, it looks like the file you need deployed is OpenPPMWeb.war

  18. The search engine has a restriction that each word in your search must be at least four characters long. I believe the next IPB (forum software) upgrade will eliminate this.
  19. Your new domain is showing up as the main domain for that account in our database. However, DNS queries are failing. Be sure your nameservers are set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
  20. Please be advised that file names on Unix systems, such as HelioHost, are case-sensitive. The inability to see the contents of cgi-bin from a web browser is normal. The files inside are still accessible.

Since you are still in the early queue state, you won't receive the confirmation email yet, nor will password resets be effective. Just be patient and all should fix itself. If you really want to delete your account, you can use http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete This will delay you even farther, so I suggest waiting first. To answer your other question, www is a symbolic link of public_html, meaning that they go to the same place. Your files are not being duplicated.

  24. Unfortunately there is not currently. However, that functionality could possibly be implemented in the future.
  25. Yes, all new domains must go through the queue. This is normal. Regardless of what you change your main domain to, people will not be able to reach your site unless you register the domain and correctly configure DNS.
