  1. You can create separate FTP accounts so individuals have access to their own files, but not cPanel accounts.
  2. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  3. We didn't make any changes on our end. Most likely it was your old host.
  4. You need to set your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. To do this with .tk domains, set the domain to use custom DNS and enter ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org into the two hostname boxes.

  6. Your account is still in the queue to receive Java. The latest estimate for your account is Fri Mar 21 00:15:31 PDT 2014. When Java is active, I don't know what links are available in cPanel (I'm still waiting for Java myself). However, I do know that you must post in Customer Service to request .war file deployment.
  7. Aha. That is the issue. You are using your cPanel credentials to login to webmail, not the email address and password you setup. To login to your email, you must first logout of cPanel. Then login at https://stevie.heliohost.org:2096/ using your email address as the username and the password you setup for the account. Accept the security certificate, we are safe.

  12. What is the domain you are trying to use?

  14. Use cPanel's backup wizard and select the full backup option. To get permission to have two accounts, simply post in Customer Service with your current account information and your reason for having two accounts.
  15. This has always worked for me. Put it right under the <head> tag. <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=UTF-8">
  16. I found this, hopefully it helps http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/680/managing-dns-for-your-domain-names?pc_split_value=4#nsrecs I can't explain how you did it earlier. It's possible that the DNS check wasn't in place until after you parked those subdomains, but I'm fairly certain that it has been in place since before you created your account.
  17. Any time you make changes to your domains you will see the queued page. It should automatically go away in 24-48 hours. This is normal. If you still see the queued page after that time, try clearing your cache.
  18. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  19. The best way would be to set NS records for your subdomains of casaschi.net to HelioHost's nameservers, and then parking the domain in cPanel. Based on what I can see, your DNS provider should support adding NS records for subdomains. Unfortunately our system doesn't allow us to support wildcards like that as far as I know.
