You also had a digicard.kerryn.services on there, which I have also now removed, since you made it nice and clear that the only domain you wanted to keep was kerryn.net, which has been left as is.   7. When requesting a domain to be added, please make sure to specify if you want an ending of 'helioho.st' or 'heliohost.us' for it, just to avoid us guessing wrong. In your case, since your existing main domain ends 'helioho.st', I took a guess that you'd want the same for this new one and added that, but please let me know if it's not what you wanted and we can change it.   8. I don't typically share account usernames of other account holders. Is it possible that someone who shares your home computer or home internet connection also created an account? Have you ever logged into your HelioHost account from your work or school, where there may be other account holders on our platform that you might not even know about? Usually we just unsuspend the account the user confirms they want to keep, and leave the other account suspended. Then if the other account holder contacts us we'll investigate further. I've unsuspended the bintrestreeterm account now, please give it a few moments to get back up and running again.
  9. You were suspended because our Multiple Account Detection system thinks you made duplicate accounts. The first line of our Terms of Service says that users are only allowed 1 account on Tommy or Johnny. Is bintrestreeterm the account you wish to keep?
  10. You should be able to send the donation from your PayPal account. Please make sure you are using this link, for account moves: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ After you click on the Tommy tile, you should see a blue PayPal button and a black Debit or Credit Card button. Just choose the blue PayPal button, and a popup window will come up asking you to Pay with PayPal, and login to your PayPal account. If you still have trouble, please let us know what browser you are using, and what error message you are getting. If you share a screenshot that is in a different language than English, please include a translation of any messages so we can best assist you further.
  11. Thanks for your patience, apologies that this post was accidentally missed earlier. The reason you got errors after DKIM, SPF, and DMARC were set up for your account in December 2024 is because your account was Archived on Feb 21 2025. Looking further back, your account was Suspended for Inactivity back on Jan 22 2025, and when you still did not login to reactivate it, your account was Archived on Feb 22 2025. When accounts are Archived, they will lose their DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configuration. Most recently, I see your account was Unarchived on Feb 24 2025 and is active at the time of my post, but it's still missing the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC settings that were done for you before, because of the Archive status from back in Feb. If you don't want to login every 30 days to keep your account active, to prevent it from being archived after further lack of login, you may also want to check out our scaling server, Morty. If you move your account to Morty, you don't need to login every 30 days. As long as your account has a positive balance, your account (and any DKIM, SPF, and DMARC config set up for you) will stay active. Because I typed up my reply so slowly, Krydos had already set up the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC for you before I posted this ? but hopefully the above detail is helpful to you or other forum users who may see this post.

As a note to any other users who may find this post when searching the forum: Users on the Morty, Tommy, and Johnny servers can enable their own remote access to MariaDB / MySQL themselves. Inside Plesk, go to: Databases > click on the database User name > Scroll down to the Access Control section > Choose one of the "Allow remote connections from.." options > Click OK to save.

However we prefer not to add domains unless / until they are actually going to be used, because even just having more domains on an account can negatively impact the performance of the server for everyone. Please let us which version of Python you're using (3.9 or 3.12) and do you need a specific version of duckduckgo-search, or just the latest available? Was your account a donor account, or a free one? Is there another email address that might have been associated with it, or another username you may have used, perhaps? When was the last time you used your account, and what makes you think your account is Suspended? At the moment you don't seem to have an account with us, but with more details we can dig into this further to determine if you would need to sign up again or not.
