You can tell us which domain you'd like to add, and we can add it for you. You'd then have to either set your domain's nameservers to HelioHost's, or create an A record to Tommy's/Johnny's IP address.
-
You should be all set once you change your nameservers or create an A record to 65.19.141.67.

I'll escalate your issue to the administrators. Is this for http://professorparticular.info/, or another domain?

[Solved] Default Plesk Page Suddenly Appearing at Index
Unknown025 replied to stasi's topic in Escalated Requests
Hi stasi, I'm not very familiar with Plesk yet, so I'll escalate your request so Krydos can comment. It looks like Apache restarted a few minutes ago though, so your site looks to be working fine now. -
I'll escalate your request to an admin.

Strange behavior in my Node.js application (Tommy2)
Unknown025 replied to thiagoenca's topic in Customer Service
It's a bit hard to tell what your issue is without seeing what your routing for the authentication looks like, but you could check the logs for any errors regarding connecting to the database or rejecting requests with a 401. -

Unknown025 replied to seintitus's topic in Website Management and Coding
Alright, what about if you temporarily rename the .htaccess file to another name, to see if your page will load without it? -

500 internal server error on my Plesk account
Unknown025 replied to seintitus's topic in Website Management and Coding
Have you checked Plesk's error logs page? (Websites and Domains > click on the domain name > under the Dev Tools header towards the left side of the page, there's a "Logs" link.) That will tell you what the cause of the error is. You might have a misconfigured .htaccess file. -
Hi Tony. I'll escalate your request so Krydos or another VPS admin can help you.

[Solved] Account migrated to Plesk but website not working
Unknown025 replied to ehit's topic in Customer Service
Have you tried checking the error logs to see what the issue might be? In Plesk that's located under Websites & Domains > Dev Tools > Logs. This will list all the requests handled by your site, and any errors associated. -
[Solved] Alias for heliohost website does not work properly
Unknown025 replied to zankophi2's topic in Escalated Requests
As far as I'm aware, DNS settings such as add-on domains currently need to be edited manually by one of our administrators. I'll escalate your request so they can weigh in. -
Did you check your email's spam/junk folder? Should be sent from support@heliohost.org, with the subject "Are you ready for Plesk?".

I've escalated your request so Krydos can help you.

For the future, I'd recommend creating a separate topic instead of replying to a news post. That being said, you might have some luck with using phpMyAdmin to access your database, if you upload it using FTP.
