Flazepe was making fun of me since the subject says 7.4 and 8.0. I did see that before I asked which version. I guess my real question is are you actually going to use both php versions at the same time? If you're only going to use 8.0 then request pgsql on 8.0 and if someone else wants to use 7.4 they can request pgsql themselves.

Which php version are you using?

It's up. I tried phppgadmin and it worked for me. Is it working for you now too, or still broken? If it's still not working for you it could be that your password got out of sync with phppgadmin which happens sometimes. The easiest way to fix that is to change your password. Let us know if it's still not working and changing your password doesn't fix it.

You're welcome to try a vps if you want, but you can't use that database on Johnny again, and you definitely can't cause 41 hours of downtime on Ricky or Tommy either.

Like, Wolstech said your account was suspended for going over the 1000 MB quota. Your database was using up 2.6 GB for some reason. It took 90 minutes but I managed to backup the broken database, and then gzipped it down to 73 MB. The backup is located in your home directory. After I backed it up I deleted the 2.6 GB database out of mysql, but you're welcome to try to create it again and restore the backup. Backing it up didn't cause mysql to crash, it just took an hour and a half to complete. Let us know if you have any problems. Unsuspended.

30 days of not logging in to cpanel = inactive, website is replaced with an inactive message and you can no longer log in to any services including mail and mysql, etc. Users can renew their own account from this state at https://www.heliohost.org/renew/ 60 days of not logging in to cpanel = archived, website is taken offline and the entire account is compressed into a single archive file for storage. Users are not currently able to restore their own account from this state, and must post requesting a root admin to unarchive it for them. Adding the ability for people to restore their account through our website is on the todo list though.

I merged your two forum accounts, and set it so the email address that you donated from is your forum contact address. Then I sent you a new Tommy invite to that same address. Since the emails match now the username hong98 should be available. Let me know once your account is created and I can give you an extra 1000 MB storage.

I'm glad you had all the data backed up. I tried to backup your database for you several times and it crashed mysql every time. I finally just dropped the database, and it took 20 minutes to even delete it. Whatever you had in there Johnny can't handle it. As soon as I finally got your database deleted Johnny's mysql has been running perfectly smooth since. I looked at the uptime for the last week, and determined that you caused about 41 hours of downtime. Johnny doesn't ever have the greatest uptime, but that's not acceptable even for Johnny. You'll need to find somewhere else to host your 3.5 GB database.

The username hong98 is reserved for you. Probably the reason you can't register it is because your forum email address appears to be invalid, which begs the question how did it get set that way in the first place? I thought you had to validate your email address to create a forum account or create a hosting account which creates the forum account for you. Anyways regardless of how that happened, the way to fix it is to change your forum account's contact email address to the email address you're trying to create your hosting account with. Once they match the username will be available to create a new hosting account.
