  1. A password reset link has been emailed to you. The URL to log in to Plesk is https://heliohost.org/login/ Node.js is available. The main things that aren't available yet is Java/Jsp, Ruby on Rails, the ability to edit DNS records on your own, and the ability to add or delete domains on your own.
  2. Portquiz.net is on IP 35.180.139.74. The IPs you requested outbound port 27017 to be opened for are 18.138.205.196, 54.255.46.254, and 52.74.75.34. Since 35.180.139.74 is not one of the 3 IPs you listed it wasn't opened. Since you're so obsessed with portquiz I went ahead and opened port 27017 to 35.180.139.74 for you as well. You can see the result root@tommy2 [/home/krydos]# curl portquiz.net:27017 Port test successful! Your IP: 65.19.141.77 I determined the reason your scripts weren't working 5 days ago. You can't connect to a website that doesn't return an A record. Either connect to it directly by IP address, ie: 18.138.205.196:27017, or come up with a new URL that actually exists.
  3. With the changes I just made to the inactivity monitoring system it looks like 4 other people were suspended erroneously so I renewed their accounts for them.
  4. Sorry about that. Obviously inactivity monitoring for Plesk is really new so we appreciate the feedback on whether it's working or not. I took a look at the logs for your usernames, and I think it's counting your logins now.
  5. Yes, outbound port 27017 is open, but only to the 3 IPs you listed. tcp|out|d=27017|d=18.138.205.196 # rarahim tcp|out|d=27017|d=54.255.46.254 # rarahim tcp|out|d=27017|d=52.74.75.34 # rarahim
  6. Yeah, I'm no expert on Indian politics, but from my point of view it seems like your government is hell-bent on isolating itself from the rest of the world to prevent any rupees from going anywhere other than staying inside India. We can all see how well that has worked for North Korea.
  7. There you go root@tommy2 [/home/krydos]# dig +short TXT @ns1.heliohost.org dolitoral.com.br "google-site-verification=MXrvLxq-SISeue1ZMiv5hc7iSlqdSXJ2JpDBMdJliFE" root@tommy2 [/home/krydos]# dig +short TXT @ns1.heliohost.org aoferta.com.br "google-site-verification=EtW4WNObXadc9imrZoV-q97SrKRF7qZ0KX5JZXTsrw4"
  8. There you go https://herowars.fluffy.faction.pw/
  9. MariaDB is basically the same as MySQL. MySQL went the commercial route and started trying to make money, so the founder of MySQL started a new 100% compatible 100% free open source database called MariaDB. MariaDB is what MySQL should have been if Oracle hadn't gotten their hands on it. What subdomain?
  10. There you go root@tommy2 [/home/krydos]# dig +short TXT @ns1.heliohost.org juliano.dev.br "google-site-verification=-_7f2a8scUnPRM36e1v-I893VJaJp8Cvc9aCjZPLZoU"
  11. Why can't you verify using the html file?
  12. That domain was still pointed at cPanel for some reason. I changed it to Plesk.
  13. Check your URL. The script you listed is trying to connect to radtech.p4cyn.mongodb.net which doesn't exist, or at least there is no DNS for it.
  14. Can you connect now?
  15. The Python module dnspython has been installed as well.

    I'll keep you in mind.
  17. Already installed. Installed.
  18. We were having an issue with our emails not being delivered. Have you tried downloading your backup in the last week or so?
  19. That IP address is for VPS80. Port 22 is responding to me. Is it working for you too now or still timing out? It may be that your IP has been blocked in a firewall perhaps?
  20. Your subscription has been canceled and you won't be charged again. Thank you for using our VPS service.
  21. How are you trying to connect? I just reset the password for prod_user and was able to login and see the teamgaurd database and all the schemas and everything. The current state of what database? Where is it hosted? Neither database exist on Tommy. The only place I could find either database was in your backup.
  22. PayTM seems to be really anti-US. If I try to create an account from a US IP their site gives 403 errors for everything, but if I use a VPN to use an Indian IP everything works. You are also only allowed to create an account if you have a valid +91 phone number. All of the above makes me thing that PayTM only wants Indian companies using their service, so I'm afraid that if we even managed to make an account they might find out we're based in the US and would close our account and we'd lose our money. Not very promising. Do you know if Payoneer works well for you in India?
  23. I don't see any PostgreSQL databases on cPanel so there was nothing to transfer to Plesk. I did take a look at your backup from 2021-07-18 and the two databases you listed are in that backup. Not sure how they got deleted off cPanel though. That definitely hasn't happened to anyone else. I created the databases and database users through Plesk and then restored your backups from last year. You can change the passwords of the users through Plesk. Let us know if you're still having any issues.
