  1. Why can't you verify using the html file?
  2. That domain was still pointed at cPanel for some reason. I changed it to Plesk.
  3. Check your URL. The script you listed is trying to connect to radtech.p4cyn.mongodb.net which doesn't exist, or at least there is no DNS for it.
  4. The Python module dnspython has been installed as well.

    features

    I'll keep you in mind.
  6. We were having an issue with our emails not being delivered. Have you tried downloading your backup in the last week or so?
  7. That IP address is for VPS80. Port 22 is responding to me. Is it working for you too now or still timing out? It may be that your IP has been blocked in a firewall perhaps?
  8. Your subscription has been canceled and you won't be charged again. Thank you for using our VPS service.
  9. How are you trying to connect? I just reset the password for prod_user and was able to login and see the teamgaurd database and all the schemas and everything. The current state of what database? Where is it hosted? Neither database exist on Tommy. The only place I could find either database was in your backup.
  10. PayTM seems to be really anti-US. If I try to create an account from a US IP their site gives 403 errors for everything, but if I use a VPN to use an Indian IP everything works. You are also only allowed to create an account if you have a valid +91 phone number. All of the above makes me thing that PayTM only wants Indian companies using their service, so I'm afraid that if we even managed to make an account they might find out we're based in the US and would close our account and we'd lose our money. Not very promising. Do you know if Payoneer works well for you in India?
  11. I don't see any PostgreSQL databases on cPanel so there was nothing to transfer to Plesk. I did take a look at your backup from 2021-07-18 and the two databases you listed are in that backup. Not sure how they got deleted off cPanel though. That definitely hasn't happened to anyone else. I created the databases and database users through Plesk and then restored your backups from last year. You can change the passwords of the users through Plesk. Let us know if you're still having any issues.
  12. I'll take a look at why this email wasn't delivered. Thanks for letting us know. Have fun with Plesk.

    Donor signups open

You can now signup for a new account as a donor at https://heliohost.org/tommy/ Since we're still sending out invites to donors you won't be able to choose a donation amount lower than our current position on the waitlist though. So, for instance, if the next person on the waitlist donated $7 you won't be able to choose the $6 donation level because it wouldn't be fair for you to get your account first before someone who donated more than you. As we make our way down the waitlist more and more of the donor plans will open up automatically. Progress on the waitlist is going well, and we're still sending 10 invites per day. We have also begun work setting up the Johnny server. Our hope with Johnny is to be able to open new free registrations before much longer, and get some of the waitlist people on there if they want to. Setting up Johnny won't take nearly as long as Tommy did because we can just copy over most of the settings from Tommy. Our website and backend have already been rewritten to work with Plesk so they will work with Johnny as well. We are also looking at offering Java again, and maybe Ruby on Rails too. We would also like to implement the ability to add domains, delete domains, and edit DNS records to Plesk before much longer. Obviously there is a lot going on at HelioHost right now, and what we shared above is just the tip of the iceberg. If you have any feedback on what features you'd like to see us prioritize please let us know. If you have any questions we'd love to answer them for you too.
  14. There you go You can now choose your .com as an option to create new email addresses.
  15. A password reset link has been emailed to you.
  16. Can you access SSH now? I ran the command sudo ufw allow 22/tcp
  17. Since this 6 month payment came from the same email address as the last one the system detected it automatically and updated the expiration date without any work on our part. I did get the email, but I forgot to ever reply. Sorry about that. Regarding India and PayPal, you're definitely not the only one having problems. We've had tons of reports from our Indian users that they've been having trouble sending donations too. We're considering setting up a PayTM account to better serve India. That might work better than PayPal for you too.
  18. We've had a few questions about our inactivity policy. VPS accounts are not affected by inactivity at all. As long as your VPS is paid for you don't ever have to login. Also accounts that are on cPanel still aren't affected, and they will remain active until after they are transferred to Plesk. This inactivity only affects users who have created new accounts on Plesk or have been transferred to Plesk already.
