  1. If you just need your account to be created quickly you should have chosen Johnny. New accounts on Johnny are currently taking about 5 seconds to be created. You have to wait a little longer for Stevie accounts. If your question is whether new accounts are being created, they are; you're number 26 now. The reason new accounts take so long to create is because it causes a lot of load to create new account so the server balances the creation throughout the day so it doesn't overload the current active accounts.

  3. It looks like you got a temporary ban by the automated DDoS protection and a bug prevented it from clearing automatically with time like it is supposed to. The same bug prevented searching for your IP so it returned that you weren't banned even though you were. Anyways, glad its working for you now.
  4. Most of the full backup is worthless to you, that's why we recommend making partial backups. You need to download the backup file to your computer and extract it. Look for the home directory archive inside the main archive and upload the file structure to your public_html directory, and if you had any databases you can extract those and import the .sql files through phpmyadmin. Then just recreate any addon, parked or sub domains that you had before and you should be set.
  5. In order to move between servers you can follow the instructions in this wiki http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account Since you have to delete your Johnny account to move that's why you have to take care of this before anything else.
  6. That username and/or domain is not located on our system. Most likely it was deleted due to inactivity. Feel free to create a new account and restore any backup data you may have, because Heliohost does not keep any backups of your data once your account has been deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to automatically delete inactive accounts to make room for users who are still active otherwise our servers would soon be overloaded. To prevent this from happening again in the future don't forget to log into your account at least once every 30 days.
  7. Yes, Johnny currently has 5.0.95. Stevie has 5.1.56. You could either move your account to Stevie or wait for Johnny to be upgraded. I plan on upgrading Johnny to 5.5 within the next week or so. Your choice.

  12. MySQL is scheduled to be upgraded to 5.5 soon. There is no set date for it; we just do upgrades and stuff like this when there aren't any other more important issues to be resolved. Also keep in mind that Johnny will be upgraded to 5.5 before Stevie.
  13. So far today since midnight server time, there are 179 accounts causing more load than you account, so it looks like your changes have worked.
  14. After 30 days of not logging in your account is suspended for inactivity but not deleted until later.

Maybe there is something wrong with the other NS tool? cPanel must use the same NS check as http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=madrigal.org&rec=NS because it's still giving the error about incorrect nameservers. Perhaps it just needs time to propagate.

If you want to move your account from Johnny to Stevie you can follow the instruction in this wiki http://wiki.helionet...ng_your_account The reason you can't add madrigal.org as an addon domain is because your nameservers aren't set correctly. Delete all of this junk http://byrondallas.h...igal.org&rec=NS and change them to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and then cPanel will let you add the domain. It always amuses me when I hear this. Thanks for the smile.
