  1. It doesn't look like you completed the three simple steps of the dedicated IP purchase process. The instructions on how to get a dedicated IP are posted here http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup/217 and http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup/218 and http://wiki.helionet.org/Using_SSL and dozens (if not hundreds) of places on these support forums if you had searched. Our dedicated IP purchase process currently does not differentiate between donations and purchases. The only way we know what payment belongs to what account is by creating a support ticket on these forums and letting us know. As a free hosting provider organization powered by volunteers we prefer the community system of the forums where users can help other users. If a user is particularly helpful we offer them a promotion to administrator so they can have even more tools to be even more helpful. This volunteer support system is one of the reasons why we can provide such feature rich hosting plans for free as having a large paid staff is quite expensive. If you don't like these forums you can also receive support by emailing support@heliohost.org or via twitter @heliohost or via facebook message on our official page at https://www.facebook.com/HelioHost.org/ or on our IRC chat which can be accessed through your cpanel with the chat button or on freenode in the #heliohost room or via phone by sending a text or leaving a message at (802) 884-3546 or even by sending a private message on this forum system to an administrator. However, creating a support ticket on these forums is the quickest and most efficient method to receive support. We just need your cpanel username, and the transaction ID of your purchase. First of all, I personally don't consider your cpanel username and paypal transaction number are hardly personal information, but if you feel they are we can respect your wishes. Like I said above most of our support is public so the whole Heliohost community can participate in providing the fastest and best support possible, but we do provide several private forms of support. The facebook message system perhaps would work best for you? Anyways, tl;dr we need your cpanel username and transaction ID to assign the dedicated IP to your account.
  2. Deployed. http://htripathy.heliohost.org/MyHelioServlet
  3. Did you enable remote mysql access for 173.234.24.202?
  4. You account was created less than three hours before you posted this thread. It can take up to 24 hours for a new domain to begin working. If your domain still isn't working after 24 hours let us know and we can take another look.
  5. Try this: Go to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/passwd/index.htmlMake sure "Synchronize MySQL Password" is checked.Change your password.Log out of cPanel.Log back into cPanel.Try opening Phpmyadmin http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/PhpMyAdmin.htmlLet us know if you still can't access phpmyadmin after performing the above steps. The best place to get support is here on the forums as you will get a faster response and more admins log in here more often. Also if you really do want to receive a reply on IRC it's a good idea to give people more than 1 minute to respond before you log out.
  6. I made some modifications to our firewall. Let us know if you get blocked again.
  7. Samorg has been unsuspended.
  8. Please clear your cache.
  9. Since you guys keep talking about it I got curious. Check out /home1/sahdes/public_html/wp-content/aa.php What that file means is anyone who wants to can send as many phishing scams or spam through your account they want to, bypassing all of your passwords and plugins that you installed. Overwriting your index.php definitely didn't fix everything. Like wolstech said it is best to wipe it all and start over fresh. Who knows what else is hiding in there. It took me about 30 seconds to find that file. If the hackers actually put some effort into it it would be much harder to find.
  10. No problem.
  11. The link doesn't work for you because you're using the paper_lantern theme and the link is for x3: http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/java/index.live.php ^^ Try changing your theme to x3 first, and then click the link.
  12. Please post the following information: Your cPanel usernameYour main domainThe server that you are on
  13. $12 buys you 12 months.
  14. Please clear your cache.
  15. Try this. Go to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/passwd/index.html Make sure the "Synchronize MySQL Password" is checked. Change your password. Log out of cPanel. Log back into cPanel. Try opening phpmyadmin http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/cpsess9718135038/frontend/x3/sql/PhpMyAdmin.htmlLet us know if you're still having issues connecting to phpmyadmin. EDIT: Too slow.

  17. For anyone who searches and finds this question, I'd like to elaborate that we only delete accounts when our servers get completely full and we need to make room for new accounts. Currently on Stevie we have inactive accounts that were last logged in to April 2015 so 1 year 4 months or about 500 days. It's not like our system deletes your account for forgetting to log in for a couple weeks or anything. We also have active accounts that have existed since 2007 (or maybe earlier if they deleted and recreated during a server move).
  18. Here is the email I sent you yesterday:
  19. csmafut has been unsuspended.
  20. It has always showed 0mb for all databases.
  21. Johnny has been offline for some time due to a hardware failure http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/23862-in-the-meantime/ We have an admin at the datacenter right now working on getting him back online.
  22. Well, since I was able to use the API on Stevie without any problems it leads me to believe that the issue isn't the server, but rather something about the way you're implementing the API on your site.
