  1. I see the payment. I sent a Morty invite to the email address you used.
  2. Most of your space is being used by /home/hhfn.helioho.st/panel/Documentation/ which uses 1.2 GB. Not sure how critical that directory is though.
  3. Here you go https://buy.stripe.com/14AfZj3VA8ov6Nj6Oxco00e
  4. Which VPS are you trying to signup for?
  5. It's ok. Don't worry about it.
  6. Nope. If one domain is just redirecting all requests to the other domain, it will use basically zero memory.
  7. The best way to do that is to set nap.bunrieucua.com as an addon domain, not an alias, and then put 301 redirects on ygo.helioho.st so everyone who goes to the old URL will get a permanent redirect to the new domain. This is part of the reason I try to talk people out of setting domains up as aliases. This is also the reason I didn't want to waste my time adding it as an alias for you, and waited for Wolstech to do it instead. Now that it's already added as an alias it would be an even more waste of our time to remove it and re-add it as an addon. I'm just typing all of this for anyone know who searches and finds this. The only reason to add a domain as an alias is if you're planning on using both domains forever, and are not retiring either. For instance, I have krydos.com. If I wanted to add krydos.net to have exactly the same content and functionality as krydos.com, and I wasn't going to redirect anyone from one domain to the other, it would make sense to add it as an alias. Maybe the documentation on the wiki can be improved to help people realize that they probably don't want an alias.
  8. If you email us and don't instantly receive an automated confirmation reply within a few seconds it means Google didn't deliver it to our inbox. Posting on our support forum at https://helionet.org or chatting with us at https://heliohost.org/chat/ are much more reliable ways to contact support.
  9. Google decided your email was spam, and it didn't get delivered to our inbox. Every few days we go through the spam box manually to make sure nothing important is in there. It looks like that domain has already been added to your account so I'm guessing you contacted support in a way that is more reliable than email.
  10. I checked your account and your last login date is showing as today, so you're good to go for another month. If you don't like having to login to keep your account active you can donate $5 to keep your account active without logins for 6 months at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ We also have options to keep your account active for 12 months or even 24 months without a login on that same page. Let us know if you have any questions, or if we can help you with anything.
  11. According to your username it looks like you're on the Johnny server. I checked MariaDB and saw Uptime: 2 hours 57 min 6 sec Which means that MariaDB on Johnny restarted about 3 hours ago, and you sent this email right around 3 hours ago too. When MariaDB is restarting you won't be able to login. The best option is to make sure you have your towel, and DON'T PANIC, and then try logging in again in a bit when the MariaDB restart has finished. On Johnny MariaDB has a tendency to restart daily around this same time. On Morty and Tommy MariaDB can run for several weeks or a month without restarting. If you'd like better MariaDB uptime you can upgrade your account at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ Obviously upgrading isn't required if you're happy with the free plan. We have one user who has been using our free plan since 2007 without upgrading or ever donating a cent and that's perfectly fine with us, but when people complain about errors or downtime, upgrading is a possible solution that you may not be aware of yet. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

  13. In PostgreSQL you can't have a database username that is the same as a database name. Can you double check that this is the correct database username?
  14. Closing due to inactivity since there has been no response in this thread for over a week. If you're still having this issue or need help with something else please open a new ticket.
  15. I could try creating a PostgreSQL database for you if you let me know a database name. MariaDB is also available, and is the recommended database type to use as long as there isn't a specific feature of PostgreSQL, such as PostGIS, that you need.
  16. Sorry for the delay responding to this email, because Google decided to put it in spam. It looks like this has already been solved at https://helionet.org/index/topic/65656-solved-clarification-regarding-account-ownership/
  17. It looks like there may be a bug in the latest version of Plesk which blocks users from creating PostgreSQL databases. I've tried a few things to get it working again, but they have all been unsuccessful. We may need to wait for Plesk to fix the bug and release an update.
  18. I have started your account reset. In a little bit you'll receive an email from no-reply@heliohost.org (not this email) with a link to click to take the next step in the reset process.
  19. You can change the document root yourself by using the Laravel button in the left menu. This is the recommended way to install Laravel.

  22. Remote access enabled. host=64.62.151.106 port=5432 user=mhqwang_master dbname=mhqwang_cb password=<set in Plesk>
  23. Like Wolstech said, Tommy doesn't have Redis, so I'm not entirely sure what the point of installing this module is. You can install Redis on a VPS though. https://heliohost.org/vps/ If you really are planning on connecting to an external Redis server from Tommy let us know, and I can take a look at whether installing the Python module is possible.
