Usernames cannot start with a number. Your account creation failed with the error "invalid username".

You can host as many domains and as many sites as you want on one account. Why do you need two accounts?

First of all, thanks for your donation. Second of all, sorry for the confusion on your issue. When people post on other people's support tickets it can get a little confusing for us because there are so many different things going on it's hard to keep straight who is who and who has what issue. To make it easier for us in the future just create your own new topic. The reason your invite didn't work is my fault. I didn't notice that the invitation email was already in use by your old Stevie account, so when you click the link the system assumes you're trying to validate the existing Stevie account rather than create a new Tommy account. I have fixed the issue so your existing invitation link should work now. Let us know if it doesn't or if you need help with anything else.

That's odd. The error message just says "Access denied". I just tested using https://heliohost.org/reset/ to reset my Tommy password, and it worked for me. There's a possibility that the system just didn't like the particular password you used. If you could log in to your Tommy account https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/passwd/index.html and change your password to something other than the password that choked the reset system. Then if you want to help troubleshoot the problem you could PM me the password that wouldn't work it might help me solve the problem. If it's a password that you use on other sites too please don't PM it because I don't want to cause you a security issue.

It's possible that the ssl certificate that they were using before is bound to a specific IP address. It's unlikely though. @azmender22, have you tried installing your SSL certificate?

Here's the error that your account was encountering warn [rebuildhttpdconf] Skipping addon domain vietstar.eu.org for tgvnws, corresponding sub domain vietstar.vietstar.us does not exist It looks like your subdomain got deleted which results in the addon domain not working. To fix this just delete the addon domain, and the subdomain and re-add them to cPanel. There you go http://vietstar.eu.org/

Looks great! Thank you so much for writing this up. I changed the 2082 (unsecure) links to port 2083 (secure) because it's silly to not use an ssl connection to cPanel to set up ssl on your website. Also, if you could add links to Johnny (johnny.heliohost.org:2083) for the people who aren't on Tommy. The instructions will be the same for either server. At the end you link to .htaccess instructions to redirect http:// connections to https:// You could just create a new page on the Heliohost wiki instead of sending people off to another site.
