  1. It looks like your account went inactive, you renewed it, and then tried to login and reset your password before it was fully active. You can't login or reset the password of an account that is still inactive, and sometimes the renew process can take 15 minutes or so depending on the server load. On the new version of the website I'm working on I'm going to give a better error message than just "Invalid login" when this happens. I have verified that your account is fully reactivated now. Are you able to login?

  4. You're right. There was a problem unarchiving your account. Can you login now?
  5. I was able to cancel the deletion in time. You can log in to cpanel and take a backup yourself. Let me know once you have taken the backup.
  6. Account deletion isn't instantaneous. It can take some time. When your Johnny account is fully deleted you should be able to add your domain.

  12. Having more than one account is against our terms of service. When you violate our terms of service your accounts get suspended.
  13. You were suspended because you're only allowed to have 1 account. Your Tommy account is already unsuspended.
  14. Yeah, sorry about that. I was working on the email support script, and a few emails were sent out to the wrong people because of a bug.
  15. There is no account with that email address or that username.
  16. That can happen sometimes if the server load is high while you're trying to log in to roundcube. Since Johnny is an experimental server the load is frequently high. If you want a faster server with less load and less errors we recommend switching to Ricky or Tommy. Which email address is exhibiting this behavior so I can try resetting the roundcube database for you?
