I'm not seeing any record of that domain in the system. Are you seeing that error on the account creation page or in cpanel? Do you actually mean you can't use the username dysiweb?

My guess would be that you're opening too many mysql connections. Tomcat has a tendency to try to open 100s of connections unless you limit it.

Techincally Microsoft SQL Server 2017 does run on Linux. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sql-server/sql-server-2017-linux The real problem is a standard license is $931. Although, while looking up the price of the license I noticed they have a new level called express that supports up to 10 GB of databases for free.
