The only way to revert your account back to its original state is to delete the account and recreate it. You can delete your account at https://www.heliohost.org/scripts/delete.php and then once the account is deleted let us know and we can send you an invite to create another Ricky account.

500 errors are fairly common on Johnny because he's an experimental server. This means that the server is only intended for experimenting. If you want a server with better uptime, and less errors we recommend switching to a production server like Ricky or Tommy.

Shell access cannot be enabled on our shared hosting plans because it is a security risk. If you need shell access you'll need to switch to a vps plan. Our nameservers are ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org The problem that registro.br has is they expect our nameservers to be set before they let you use our nameservers, and our nameservers refuse to be set until you prove you own the domain by setting it to use our nameservers. It's a circular dependency, and registro.br is in the wrong. The industry standard, and 99% of registrars in the world do it our way. There are two options to work around this: 1) Contact registro.br support and have them set the nameservers for you. 2) Use the .br domain as your main domain.

The github repository doesn't have precompiled zip files that are ready to install into Wordpress as a plugin. The github repository has the source only. If you download the source as a zip file it won't add as a plugin because it hasn't been compiled yet. You can download the zip file that is compiled and ready to be installed on wordpress, but you have to pay $100 for it. What I did is I created the zip file that is ready to be installed on wordpress for people where the package manager of that website charges $100 for doing the same thing that I did for free. Jenova tested the zip file and reports that it seems to work. If I could have some more people test it out it'd be great though. It would also be nice to have someone write a guide on how to use it for the wiki. Generally people who use wordpress have no idea what they're doing so having a detailed guide would be very useful for people.

Windows server 2019 with desktop experience is basically the same as Windows 10 anyways, but actually intended to be run on a vps. It has the same taskbar, same search thing, same start menu, same everything basically except it also comes with a lot of software that makes hosting a website easier. If you're planning on hosting a website though I strongly recommend using Linux. Windows is very slow in comparison on the same stats and the license costs like $500 compared to Linux being free forever. A $4 per month 2 GB memory Linux server would probably run Wordpress faster than like a $16 per month 6 GB Windows server. Besides you're already used to running Linux anyways, because Linux is what Tommy is running so converting your existing site to run on windows might be difficult. I'll install Windows 10 if you really want it, but I don't know why you would want it. If you stop paying for your vps, or your payment doesn't go through I will send out a reminder email at 3 or 4 days without payment giving you 24 hours to get a new payment set up. If you don't respond to that email asking for more time and don't get a new payment figured out your vps will be powered off after the 24 hours are up. Then if I still don't hear from your for 30 days after being powered off your vps will be deleted to make room for paying users. If you plan on taking a break from paying for your vps for more than 30 days please make sure you backup everything you need first. You don't have to log in to your vps at all if you don't want to. As long as the payment keeps coming your vps will remain online.

Let us know how it goes. It looks like this plugin is active developed too. The last change was less than 2 weeks ago. If people remind me every once in a while I can compile the latest version and update this plugin.

I found the wp2static.com website a month or two ago, but gave up on it when I saw it was $100. I didn't look at it close enough to realize it was open source. I'm compiling the source and creating the wordpress plugin .zip file right now. @Robertzo, would you be willing to test the plugin for me after I finish it? If it works you or someone could write a guide on how to use it with screenshots and everything on our wiki, and we could use that in the high wordpress load response.

You can delete your own account at http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete The other option is I can send you an email verifying that you want to delete your account, you can reply to that, and I can delete it for you. The verification is in case someone requested deletion of an account that didn't belong to them.

The only way to reset an account is to delete it and recreate it. Once it's deleted let us know and we can send you a new Ricky invite so you don't have to wait until midnight UTC to recreate it.
