Hello, I'm trying to get all email for my domains to forward to a specific address, per domain, which then goes to a few addresses at yahoo.com and gmail.com. USER: heycm (on Johnny) Domains: HEYCOMPUTERMAN.BIZ => mail@heycomputerman.biz -> oatman@geocities.com TUCSONCOMPUTER.INFO => mail@tucsoncomputer.info -> oatman@geocities.com ILLEGALKNOWLEDGE.COM => mail@illegalknowledge.com -> illegalknowledge@gmail.com MICHAELOATMAN.NET => mail@michaeloatman.net -> oatman@geocities.com MICHAELOATMAN.INFO => mail@michaeloatman.info -> oatman@geocities.com DISLOYALCONSUMER.COM => mail@disloyalconsumer.com -> sunsetsea@yahoo.com The intended effect would be that if I send email to either television@illegalknowledge.com or to mail@illegalknowledge.com, the message would be routed through mail@illegalknowledge.com and then forwarded to illegalknowledge@gmail.com, for example. As another example, consulting@tucsoncomputer.info would go through mail@tucsoncomputer.info and would forward to oatman@geocities.com, etc, etc, for all the domains above. The most important thing is that if on the fly, I make up an email address, like IKTV602@IllegalKnowledge.com, I need it to get to me. This used to be working prior to (literally) The Ides Of March. Something happened where from the 16th onward, mail stopped arriving, presumably with a Failure Notice. I have the default addresses per each domain listed as the mail@domain.tld for that domain. Interestingly enough, it used to work when I did not have mail@domains.tld configured to forward from each domain. Rather, I had the catch-all addresses listed per domain in the Default Addresses set to the final destination addresses (3rd column above). As I stated, that worked until the Ides of March of this year. Any ideas? BTW, it does not work in the configuration which was working prior to 3/15/13. Thanks In Advance! Michael

I can't find support on this problem anywhere, so i thought i would post it here. When I try to upload a standard vs2010 ASP.NET Webforms application to my site's public_html folder, all I get is a server error: Server Error in '/' Application Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. ... and so on. And because of those security reasons, I can't see the details of that error, and so I can't solve it. I don't even understand why there would be an error, because it's a vs2010 template (not edited), which I uploaded right away, just to test if everything is working. I already checked my target framework (which I set to v3.5), so that is not what is causing the error. If someone from the Heliohost staff could give me more details about the error, or someone with experience uploading ASP sites could tell me what is going on, that would be really appreciated. Hi everyone, I've created a blog in asp.net (c#) and the past two days have been nothing but headaches trying to figure out how to get it up and working properly. No matter what I do, every page turns up a generic error: I have added the requested <customErrors mode="Off" /> tag to the config file, but it still doesn't show any details about the error. I've tried changing/taking out dozens of different parts of my code files to try and manually figure out what's wrong, but it still shows that page no matter what. (And I've cleared my cache every time etc. etc.) I've googled the problem extensively, but still can't figure out how to even make it show what's wrong!! Note: the application's target framework is 4.0. When I noticed that the support was only for 3.5 on this host, I changed it to 3.5 but with no different results. I even tried to upload a simple one page asp.net project with nothing but the text "hello world" on it, and it showed the exact same page. Please help! This AJAX error is irritating me when every time I try to create a new folder on the folder of the Document Root of my Addon Domain: But after clicking the "OK" button on the alert, the created new folder will appear, I mean, it's created, but still, the error is irritating. But when I try to add a new folder on the folder of the Document Root of my main domain, that error doesn't exist.. Do anybody here experienced the same issue when creating a new folder on the Document Root's folder of an Addon Domain in File Manager? Is there any way to fix it? My details about what's folder of a Document Root that causes the error when I try to add a new folder and about what's my username, are in the attachment. What if I successfully developed a script with that host and completely installed some software therein and my database already got an important information because of the users who coming thought my websites... What if my account get suspended for inactivity? Can I recovered the data therein? Or even just the database? AND WHAT IF my account get suspended just because of an error of the system? (As mentioned in Heliohost FAQ - HelioHost Wiki and in Suspended and Queued Accounts - HelioNet.) How can I get my data back? Or even just the important database? If ever there's no way to get the data back when the account get suspend, mostly if the reason is just because of the error, then it's VERY HARD.. Please respond, thank you..

Mam/Sir, After requesting an account deletion thought HelioHost - Account Deletion Script for the reason of moving that account. Should I need to wait at least 48 hours before my account get fully deleted specially to avoid some error or bug on the new moved account or even I created a new account with the same username, it will not get any single error even I did not wait at least 48 hours? This is just a simple question, because I've concern what if the deleted account be registered again with the same username even if it just 5 hours ago before it was requested to be deleted, did that account get error or that account will be fine at least the account get fully deleted in 5 hours? There has been no notification in cPanel of me going over any limits and there has been nothing entered in my error log that I can see. From time to time I can access my pages but the problem recurs again shortly afterwards. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Having difficulty installing Wordpress, whenever I run the .php files I get a 500 Internal Server Error. Checked the error logs from cPanel and they're not reporting anything (except missing error page files! After adding files, no errors are reported). Have tried a number of methods: - Downloaded latest Wordpress software package, unpacked, copied to public_html, created database, ran the install.php, error 500 - Created wp-config.php file manually, uploaded it to the correct location, ran install.php, error 500 - Removed all files and wiped database, tried a Softaculous install, received email stating install was succesful, went to homepage, error 500 - Checked permissions of all files and folders, they are as they should be - Couldn't find .htaccess file, so added a blank one, added one from an old website, neither helped - Checked memory allocation for php - 20M, which should be OK Database seems to be working fine, everything on cPanel is working fine, no issues on server. Hello Guys, I am having this compilation error while running my site : VBNC30451: Could not resolve the name 'Label' It runs without an error when I use IIS Express on my PC. My PC has .Net Framework 4 and 3.5, BTW, While heliohost has .Net Framework 2(mono). I have already changed .Net Framework version in web.config from 4 to 2.0. Still no luck. My domain is: www.overlapd.com and my account is on stevie with the username aman. When I open the site, it consistently shows error 500. Tried IRC too, but no one responded there. I had accidentaly deleted my .htaccess file. Now i see that there is a new blank .htaccess file present. Can anyone guide me on the same?

I don't know if it's somehow conencted to moving my account from Johnny. Somewhat related comment: FTP doesn't work either.

Hello, First of all I wasn't sure where to post this,so sorry if it's in the wrong Forum. I seem to be geting 500 errors lately which I believe might be heliohosts fault. Sometimes if I add the tinyest update to a script,while phpmyadmin is open 500's begin to happen. Can I prevent this? Thanks Conor

I installed phpbb3 at my site and got an error while configuring the acp (admin control panel): I tried to find that error log, but can't find it... I tried the error log that is showed in the cPanel (the last 300 errors) and not again. Tried to see if where made an error log in the host and nothing again. Maybe it is an error log that only the heliohost admin can see... Well i would like if someone could speak me where that error log is placed and maybe solve that problem... If someone can solve it easily, it is great, but i want to know where that error log is placed for don't be so dependent... BR, Julian

I am unable to login to my cPanel at djzebbie.heliohost.org/cpanel. I haven't uploaded anything to my site yet, djzebbie.heliohost.org (which just became active as of yesterday), but that loads OK; it's cPanel that I'm not able to access. I checked with isup.me (isup.me/stevie.heliohost.org), and was told Stevie is up. But cPanel at stevie.heliohost.org:2082 doesn't seem to be working. I have tried with different browsers -- Firefox, Opera, Safari, and Chrome (I don't use IE due to security concerns). Firefox reports "cannot find server" and Opera gives roughly the same error message, "connection dropped by remote server." Safari and Chrome are no different. Is there something wrong with the server that won't let me login to cPanel? Because my site (what minimum there is as of yet) loads OK. Timestamp: 1 August 2012 14:45-14:55 PDT (17:45-14:55 local EDT).
