I'm switching to Stevie from Johnny. I'm getting a DNS Entry already exists error when signing up after deleting my old account. Old username is jemhuntr. old domain(s) are: jemhuntr.tk, dcsf.tk (add-on domain), and jemhunter.heliohost.org (not sure if jemhunter.heliohost.org or jemhuntr.heliohost.org) I'm trying to sign up again using jemhuntr.tk but I'm getting this error.

Is this normal? Whenever I refresh cPanel or simply launch PHPmyadmin on my account, my website becomes inaccessible due to a "500 Internal Server" error. I read up a bit on internal server errors for Heliohost here: http://wiki.helionet...l_Server_Errors, and I'm lead to believe it might be the result of using too many processes... but I'd like to be sure. I noticed recently that my the "drawings" section of my site broke, giving a "500 Internal Server Error" every time anyone tried to access it. I used ComicCMS, which I really like, but hasn't been updated in some years now. So I thought maybe some PHP update or something broke it. I backed up the whole ComicCMS installation on my computer and deleted that part of the site. I was trying to see if I could start using wordpress instead, and installed it through Softaculous. However, whenever I try to access the wordpress page/wordpress admin, I get the 500 Internal Server Error again. Why? I tried uninstalling Wordpress, and installing it to a new folder in case something weird with the "dogboydog.com/drawings" location was going on, but I'm still getting the same error. Wordpress is supposedly installed here: URL http://dogboydog.com/art Admin URL http://dogboydog.com/art/wp-admin/ What can I do to fix this? Both things getting the same error makes me think that maybe once this is fixed I can go back to ComicCMS. For testing purposes, I reuploaded ComicCMS at dogboydog.com/drawings. To whom it concerns, I am trying to sign up for a new account using a subdomain from an account that I deleted 3 days ago : paradigm-synergy.heliohost.org. I attempted to sign up for a new account , and the initial sign up worked , but I got an e-mail indicating that there is a problem. I am in a "Catch 22" , because I already deleted that account. Hi Domain Name: zoraw.ar.com Until an hour ago, my account was working perfectly fine I was configuring my FTP accounts, when I suddenly got an error and had to sign in. since then, I havent been able to sign in into cPanel. My username is Zorawar and I used the reset password (which cant be used more than twice apparently) but I still cant get in. Further, The Account status recognises my username but the Account Renewal Script does not. Please help me out, I have a dead line with my work.

I have been trying to register an account on the Stevie server. I receive notification indicating that the account is being created, and receive an email reflecting this. Your hosting account at HelioHost has been added to the creation queue. Here is your account information... A few minutes later, I receive an email indicating that account creation has failed. Dear jtm, Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again. Regards, HelioHost Staff I've tried creating the account several times, and receive the same error. I'm just wondering if this message is sent in error, or if there is a problem with the chosen credentials. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello HelioHost team, I am a webmaster for ULENOP Ministries. I been having issues with registering for the Stevie SSL plan. Everytime i register it shows that I'm successful and I even recieve an email stating that the account has been created. But then after i receive another email stating that their was a error during installation. Is it possible that anyone can help me with my issue. It looks like after this 'A Dns Entry For Professionalserver.tk Already Exists' problem, I don't have now a capacity to upload my "phpDolphin.sql" file using the import function available in MySQL database.. This is what happened after uploading that SQL file: Can somebody fix my new issue? This problem is not existed when I'm in Johnny server. Hey all, I'm really sorry to bug you again, but it does really appear that when I try to run any PHP script on Stevie, I get a 500. I have other domain/branches which do not use PHP and they are fine. This was working about 12 hours ago and now it is not. Please browse to http://TucsonComputer.info/ for PHP not working. Please browse to http://HeyComputerMan.biz/ for no PHP (just shtml). I repeat, this was just working. The Helio server, and its current state, seems to be the difference. If I am doing something wrong, please compare perms on /home/ufni/disloyalconsumer with those on /home/ufni/tucsoncomputer and explain why neither work. With Love, and Please Help, Michael

hello, i have problem with website: Database error:Can't connect to local MySQL server through '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) ....(path to database connection) i get this often but not always searched the web didnt find solution, every1 talks about local host, i have 2 databases where 1 privileged user(at phpmyadmin) is connecting it at same , maybe thats the problem? -

I guest I've followed How do I use Python/Django? perfectly, exept the sentence: If it is your wish to develop on-site you will need to manually create a blank __init__.py file, a settings.py file, and a urls.py file. And after that, after following the guide, my specified subdirectory is now have an 500 Internal Server Error.. Do I need to install the Django web development framework manually before it'll work? Please help..

Hi there, I am sending emails using perl modules. When sending them off, on some accounts they are received while other accounts never receive any mail. As I do not receive any mails from HelioNet/HelioHost ("Password forgotten mail", CRON, etc.) on my personal email account, I suppose the error is on your end. Especially @web.de and @gmx.de do not receive mails... They bounce back giving me: "retry time not reached for any host after a long failure period"

I'm trying to register for a johnny account. But as soon as i sign up, i get a mail saying :- And there is no error. Its just blank. I tried singing up again and get the same result. Could u please look into this.
