Hi again, During the previous problem with Tommy as I had said earlier in my post (http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/27176-domain-errors-on-tommy/)... That got solved but a new error has arrived! Looks like the downtime caused a problem with mismatched records. (XID ffupt6) A DNS entry for “bloodlineodisha.tk” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. Kindly remove this entry from the DNS Cluster so that I can continue with my work! Thanks!

I guess it is because I have one deleted this account while the server didn't, so i can not add this domain again. A DNS entry for “johannsdiary.tk” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. So, Please help to delete this DNS entry.

I'm switching to Stevie from Johnny. I'm getting a DNS Entry already exists error when signing up after deleting my old account. Old username is jemhuntr. old domain(s) are: jemhuntr.tk, dcsf.tk (add-on domain), and jemhunter.heliohost.org (not sure if jemhunter.heliohost.org or jemhuntr.heliohost.org) I'm trying to sign up again using jemhuntr.tk but I'm getting this error.

i had a previous account on johny server "rifan02" and i wanted to move to stevie,so i deleted it.After it got deleted i tried to sign up again with the same username and i got a error messsage stating that "Sorry, a DNS entry for jbldruglaboratories.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster)".So please take a look.
