  1. We can just change the domain on the account...what do you want it to be?
  2. The invite won't come because you're only allowed one account. If the account is your friend's, it needs to be under his email address and maintained by him. Also note that if log into more than one account regularly or cross-host on the accounts (using one to store content/subdomain sites/etc. for a website hosted on another), both will end up suspended for multiple accounts. What email address is showing the transfer message? We can send the invite to that address.
  3. @Unknown025 Reverse DNS is set up by the IP owner (us), not the DNS provider (which can be whoever). Krydos has to do this..
  4. Merged since they're the same person. Users are only allowed 1 account. Which of these two accounts do you want to keep? All 4 domains will be added to the one you keep, the other will be permanently suspended.
  5. Nope. It's not likely to be implemented any time soon though, as there are many other projects that are more important, like building Morty.
  6. Weird. Never seen that one before. Your account looks perfectly fine on the backend from what I can tell. I can replicate that by entering random data in the fields and clicking log in, so its something related to the server itself as opposed to a specific mailbox. Lets see what Krydos says.
  7. Can you post a screenshot of this? Nobody else is reporting it, and I don't see any obvious issues with your account.
  8. The SPF you listed is incorrect for mail sent from Tommy. It should be something along the lines of “v=spf1 a mx ip4:65.19.141.77 ~all”
  9. Krydos has to do this. What is the name of the database and database user needing the access and postgis?
  10. A link to set a new password has been emailed to you.
  11. Working for me as well. Please clear your cache.
  12. We add domains on our side. Please list the domain you want added. As for let's encrypt, if you're doing it in Plesk, uncheck the box that says wildcard certificate, and try again. It will issue without the DNS validation...
  13. Sent.
  14. Please check your forum PMs for information regarding your Lily account.
  15. Python 3.10 is the newest version available on Tommy. Use one of the following as your shebang line in your files. /usr/bin/python (this is an alias of 2.7) /usr/bin/python2.7 /usr/bin/python3.10 /usr/bin/python3.6 Also, as above, please do not repeatedly bump your topics, especially within 24 hours. We're all volunteers here, and there isn't always someone available to provide support as a result.
  16. I can create the Lily account later tonight when I'm at a computer. Lily will likely not have Plesk for the foreseeable future as we don't have a license for it, and recently they were hesitant to let us renew the 3 licenses we already have due to an idiot who set up a phishing site then reported his own phishing site to google...Google promptly flagged the entirety of helioho.st as malicious...
  17. Krydos can rebuild this for you.
  18. Plesk is not free. Do you have a license? Also, control panels generally cannot be removed from a VPS, you would have to have the VPS rebuilt to remove them. Since you already used your free rebuild in this topic, there is a fee to have it rebuilt a second time. https://helionet.org/index/topic/56765-solved-rebuild-vps-request/ Krydos can provide more information on this, but I think it's $1 per rebuild unless you want to wait until next month.
  19. @nulineng A password reset email has been sent to you.
  20. @Unknown025 That link is only for VPSes and FTP accounts. There is no link for a lost hosting account password. A root admin has to email the user directly.
  21. Krydos can do this for you. VPS requests usually take 24-48 hours as there are only 2 people who can handle VPS requests.
  22. Krydos would need to deal with this.
  23. Good to hear. It looks like you didn't delete the default index.html file. Note that because of the way that index.html file works, you cannot just edit it and expect it to work. You actually have to delete that index.html that comes with Plesk, not just edit your content into it. It looks like you figured it out while I was looking at it.
