  1. To reset an account we just delete it and invite you again. Keep in mind that doing this will delete your additional domains as well, we'll need to have Krydos re-add the additional domains/subdomains if they're still necessary. Are you sure you want me to delete this and reinvite you?

  5. Krydos has to add domains at the moment since Plesk and the DNS servers don't talk to each other yet. Escalating to have shaverda.com and photo.shaverda.com added. We can add the other ones down the road when you need them.
  6. IP address on our DNS servers is wrong. It's pointing to the defunct cPanel Tommy 65.19.143.6 which retired a few months ago. It needs to be pointing to 65.19.141.67... Krydos can fix it for you.
  7. Your rank has been corrected based on the posts and topics you've made and your duplicate forum account has been merged.
  8. Krydos assigns them manually, so they can take a few days to be applied. Please keep in mind that there is a checkbox on GoFundMe for "Share my information with the charity...". It's checked by default, but if you UNCHECKED this checkbox to make your donation anonymous, you will not receive the gifts as we have no way of matching them to an account with that box cleared. If you did this and now want the gifts, let me know and I'll pass it on. Krydos can send you a message through GFM, and you'll need to respond to the email from GoFundMe with your account information so the gift can be assigned to you.
  9. Merging the accounts won't hurt. If anything it'll make your post count go up since your current account will get credit for anything posted by the account if I merge that other account into it.
  10. You're suspended for creating more than one account. Users are only allowed one account. Your two accounts are helio1 and helio2, but you can only keep one of them. Which one do you want me to unsuspend?
  11. You have to use the same email address as your forum account as the username is tied to the forum account's email address the first time it's used. If you donated and your paypal has a different email address, I might need to void your invite and resend it to the address on your forum account if you want the same username again. Alternately, you can try to change the forum account email to match the paypal account email first, then try using the invite (not sure if that will work or not).

  13. The ranks don't really affect your access on our forum, it's just for show. What functionality are you missing? As for being a newbie again, this weirdness happened when the forum upgraded because the old rank system went by post count while the new one uses a points system. The two don't directly map to each other because you can earn points for things that aren't posts, new topics vs. replies are worth different amounts of points, etc. I'll see about manually recalculating this for you and adjust it when I get a minute, but it might be a few days. Surprisingly the forum doesn't have a way to automatically recalculate it based on past posts... When my account migrated I was a root admin with 8000 posts and a Newbie rank Krydos was the same way. Also, do you want your duplicate forum account sagnik96 merged into this one?
  14. That account looks like it did finish renewing itself. It's working for me. Are you still having issues with it?
  15. This is normal. We couldn't fit everyone back onto Tommy so users who didn't fit are getting Johnny accounts for the time being instead. At some point there will be an option to move back to Tommy for free.
  16. You cannot sign in because you currently don't have an account. When we wipe an account, we just delete it and invite you again. You need to actually register a second time to finish the process by using the invite email that was sent to you. If you didn't receive the email (I just resent it in case it got lost), please post a different email address here and I'll send it there instead.
  17. Remote postgres is disabled by default. If you need that, Krydos has to enable it for each database and user that needs it. Since the user and database name are listed in the command, I'll escalate this for you to get it turned on.
