Looks like it's already been unsuspended and the space upgraded, as it's now a 3000MB account with about 993MB free.

For verification purposes, please post to this topic from the forum account that is connected to the hosting account. Alternately, please use the email address on the hosting account to send an email to support@heliohost.org requesting deletion. We require this to ensure you're not requesting deletion of someone else's account.

[Solved] requesting to enable 2 subdomains for my account ..
wolstech replied to tradewithmadhan's topic in Customer Service
I'm not adding 10 domains all at once to the account. Every domain we add slows the server down for everyone, and adding ten sequentially named domains is a complete waste of server resources, not to mention it exceeds the domain limit on the account (your main is 1, so you could only have 1-9 before hitting the maximum). Also, for future reference, DO NOT bump your posts. All you're doing it moving yourself to the back of the line, as we always work oldest posts first. Excessive bumping may also lead to a ban for harassing staff. All support staff are volunteers, and the turnaround time on support requests can sometimes be upwards of 24 hours since we all have real lives outside of HelioHost. I've added sd01 and sd02 as subdomains. Once you actually use them productively, let us know and we can consider adding more. The domains may take up to 2 hours to work. -

What are the domains? -
Deleted. Do you want the forum account deleted as well?

[Solved] Account suspended due to high load
wolstech replied to feedora's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Unsuspended again (it was for memory usage). Please take a look at the logs when you get a moment. It may take a few minutes to work. -
What is the username of the hosting account?
-
Looks like Krydos already unsuspended this. If you're seeing a suspended page, please clear cache.

The free helioho.st and heliohost.us subdomains must use our name servers. We do not support external DNS of any kind on the free subdomains for security reasons, nor do we allow users to host the content of such a domain on a different provider. If you want to use external DNS, you can get a free domain from a place like eu.org, set up the external DNS on that domain, point it to our IPs, and ask us to add the domain to your account

Neither have an email address with that ending, though one does have that as its domain. That account has been unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to start working.

[Solved] account was suspended
wolstech replied to futureeternal's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
I was able to remove just the aowt.eu.org files (picked because that site didn't work and kept giving a 500 error) to make enough space to unsuspend this for you. If you want to remove the rest of the content, feel free to do so. -
Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to start working again.

I can’t check on this for you at the moment because MySQL is down on Tommy.

This account is suspended for violating the terms of service, so these cannot be changed as this time. Also, we cannot increase the max time limit permanently because it will likely result in your account causing too much load. (If this software is what I think it is, an extension of WooCommerce on WP, it's a leading cause of load suspensions and should not be run here...WooCommerce is known to be too heavy for our free service and requires a VPS in most instances).

There isn't enough information here to assist you. What is your hosting account's username?
-
You're suspended for having more than one account. Which one do you want to keep?

I've never used it (and haven't seen anyone else on here do so either), so honestly can't say either way. I'd say go ahead and give it a try.

Moodle is known to be too heavy to run here. In fact, it's so problematic that we've actually hidden it from Softaculous to reduce the chances of it being installed. It's basically enterprise software and is designed to be installed on its own server, not in a shared environment. If you want to use this software, I would suggest getting a VPS. Please immediately remove Moodle and find different software. Unsuspended.

Yeah, Python is extremely picky about spaces (and line-endings as well) and is a major reason I can't stand the language...it uses spaces to define code blocks instead of the (much less problematic) curly braces { } used by every other language. Glad to see you got it working though
-
Please monitor your load more closely, you can view your load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ I'm not sure which software you are installing, but if it's Moodle, I would suggest finding different software (noodle is known to be too heavy to run here.) Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to start working.

[Inactive] Lost email and need password reset
wolstech replied to Kanein's topic in Escalated Requests
Krydos may be able to assist with this. -
I'm not sure what is going on here...it looks like Apache is looking for the file in the wrong place. The folder /var/www doesn't exist on a Plesk server, it should be /home/<domain>/httpdocs From your logs: GET /cgi-bin/test.py HTTP/1.0 AH01264: script not found or unable to stat: /var/www/cgi-bin/test.py Krydos will need to investigate.

@MoneyBroz If he donates now through the tommy option on the signup page, it should just send the invite automatically since you deleted his account. The manual verification and invite is only needed if the user currently has a Johnny account when they donate.

I dont have a credit card. Can I pay you via invoice?
wolstech replied to Robson Silva's topic in Customer Service
If you mean you want to send us a check or cash, no. We only take electronic payment (Paypal or crypto, as above) as we have no office. For very large donations (>$100) I believe we've taken checks sent to our registered address, but it can take months to actually receive them since nobody who runs HH is actually there (HelioHost has no physical presence beyond a rented server rack). We can provide a receipt for a donation for tax purposes, though I'm not sure we ever have beyond what you get from Paypal. Also, a Tommy account is technically given as a thank you gift for a donation, not as a service offered for sale, and as such they aren't really something that can be invoiced in the conventional sense. The service itself (shared hosting) is completely free, it's just that non-donors end up on a different server. The servers are functionally identical at the moment, and (rather ironically) the free one is actually faster right now. We could likely send an invoice for a VPS if you wanted to do that as they are sold as a subscription service, but it would still require electronic payment and we usually require a 6 month commitment for nonstandard payment on VPSes.
