It blocked you again for some reason. Try now.

It takes up to 24 hours for a domain to start working after changing it since you're on Johnny. Your main domain is showing in our system as litecraft.pro. If that's the domain you're trying to set up, you just need to wait longer.

We accept both. Visa and Mastercard are the two major credit card companies here in the States (and internationally). We have others too (Amex, Discover). If your card has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it, it should have worked on our old system and should work on whatever we eventually replace it with. Any card with a Visa or Mastercard logo should also work on Paypal. A regular "Debit" card (that only works in a store/ATM) does not mention Visa or Mastercard anywhere on it. It usually just has the name of the bank on the front and a Star ATM logo on the back. These are the cards we cannot accept.

It's not as simple as it sounds. True "Debit" (that uses a PIN) is not accepted online in the USA for a variety of reasons, and since we're limited to commercially available payment processors, it's unlikely to happen. The reason is that over here, nearly everybody's debit card is also capable of being processed as a Visa or Mastercard (which one depends on your bank). As a result, our debit cards can be processed two ways. You can use "Debit", which is where you enter a PIN to pay and can also get cash (in the USA, these can only be used in physical stores or at an ATM). Or you can use "Debit Run as Credit", in which a debit card is processed as a credit card...it's processed as a Visa or Mastercard when you pay, but the money just comes out of your bank account instead of you getting a bill (works almost anywhere credit cards are accepted, including online). The type of card you have only supports "Debit". It cannot be run as credit. Such cards are extremely uncommon in the USA (mostly obsolete 10-15 years ago), so there's no demand to support them (and the associated security risks) for online purchases. In addition, nearly everybody can get something with a Visa or Mastercard logo over here, even if it's a prepaid Visa gift card.

You'll need to create a Paypal or Skrill account and add the card to it, then donate with that, but yes you can. We used to allow direct card donations, but we had to temporarily discontinue it due to an issue with one of our service providers. We're working to bring this feature back, but as of now, we have no time frame for its return.

Actually, at this time, you must use PayPal or Skrill to donate. We've temporarily discontinued the direct card acceptance due to an issue with one of our service providers. We're working to bring this feature back, but as of now, we have no time frame for its return.

It sounds like what you need is a VPS. We don't offer that. Python can be a pain to work in without a shell, though plenty of others do it. Python 3.6 is very commonly used here. The trick is writing your code to work with files within your home directory, and not using packages that need root access. You won't be able to use that steem package for example, unless you can change its paths to save in your home folder. And no, you can't install packages yourself since they're a server-wide change. A root admin has to do it. You can't see the folder where they end up. You're welcome to ask for packages if you need them though.

Krydos might be able to do that, I'm not sure. As for the certificate itself, what's the reason you're adamant on using an LE cert over the just-as-functional Comodo one? Most of our users had been begging us for something automatic because they didn't like dealing with renewing them.

It's either tommy.heliohost.org or johnny.heliohost.org depending on which server you use.

The signup resets at midnight UTC every night and fills quickly. Alternately, you can donate $1 or more and receive an invite that lets you sign up even when it's full.

[Solved] Help To Connect Remotely To Postgresql

This support request is being escalated to our root admin. -
You jus need to wait. Krydos is the one who needs to look at this. I tried manually unsuspending you (even though you weren't suspended), but it didn't help.

Was the certificate expired? If so, autossl probably replaced it with one that's not (which is the cpanel / comodo one). Autossl should not replace valid certificates it didn't issue. If it did, it might have been related to our testing of LE as an autossl provider (limit was too low, but we tried it because the comodo one was hitting what appeared to be an undocumented rate limit as people's certs expired) Comodo Autossl ones issue on their own within 24 hours when you add domains or when a preexisting domain does not have/no longer has a valid certificate, and auto-renew as they approach expiration. The Comodo certs are validly signed and won't trigger security warnings, so they're just as functional as an LE cert to an end user. You're more than welcome to replace the Comodo cert with an LE cert if you wish.

This happened to someone else yesterday too. Inactivity pages have been popping up on accounts that aren't inactive Escalating so it can be fixed.
