It was indeed inactivity. Unsuspended. To clarify the policy though, the account is for life, as in we will never cancel your service as long as you use it. We won't boot you off because someone else wants your spot or anything like that. "Using it" is defined as logging into cPanel once a month (we can't define it any other way because we have users who only use the account for email or database services, or for running crons, or who are stuck waiting in line for Java, or for other non-public-facing stuff). Regardless of how you obtain an account, you're not immune from the login requirement unless you donate monthly or in large amounts. Each donation of $1 or more gives 1 month of activity credit for your account. If you decide to donate for this, please let us know so we can set your account up to extend itself upon receipt of your donations. -
We receive so many reports that mistakes sometimes happen. He looks for the domain name and suspends it forgetting to check the date first. Let us know if you have any other problems.

That suspension is actually incorrect. Krydos suspended it because we received an abuse report, but the spam message is from over a month ago before you fixed your issue. Unsuspended.

You must use our name servers to initially configure the domain and add it to your account. This is a requirement to prove you own the domain. Once configured, you will need to let cloudflare copy the working DNS zone settings, then change back to cloudflare. Please be aware that our service has been known to have some odd issues with cloudflare in the past. Some functions such as AutoSSL won't work if you're using it.

The suspension is due to multiple accounts because you signed up twice yesterday. If I unsuspend this, you won't be able to have the account cakirins back. Which account do you want to keep? -
We don't unsuspend or clean malware accounts. Users have to sign up again if this happens, and lose their data in the process. The most common malware scenario we see is hidden backdoors in software like Wordpress extensions that get used to set up phishing websites, though spam, botnets, and other abusive tools such as social media likers also fall into this category. As for law enforcement, it's rare to see anything come of that, but it's kept in case it is asked for because we are required to do so by law. We can send you an invite for a replacement account if you want to sign up again so you don't need to wait, please let us know if you are interested. You should not host any form of botnet, spam, phishing, malware, etc. here though or you'll end up banned again.

Interestingly enough, both of these are now suspended for high load as well as multiple accounts. Please keep the load down. The account comp7054 has been unsuspended. -
It was indeed high load. Unsuspended. Load issues are usually related to the software you installed. Wordpress and proxies are the leading cause of it, so if you have one of those on your account, I'd recommend not running that here.

That's a known issue with the forums. A forum account can accidentally get its template switched to Mobile due to a bug in IPB, which will cause it to always show Mobile even if you select desktop version. I fixed your profile, clear your cache and sign in again to verify it works. Fixed. Changes in cPanel are supposed to synchronize into the central user database on their own, but it didn't for some reason. I manually changed it.

Done. You had an old hosting account called flaze216 that had that email address attached to it. I just merged it into your current account and changed the email address for you. If you want your hosting account's email address to match, you'll need to change your email address in cpanel as well (at the bottom under contact information).

Since your hosting account has to be unarchived anyway (technically an account doesn't exist while it's archived, it's just a gzipped tar archive), it might be possible to rename the account before unarchiving it. I'll let Krydos handle it though since I don't know whether just updating the user database and renaming the cpmove-[redacted].tar.gz will make this work correctly. If it's not, we can send you the archive so you can get your data out of it and email an invite instead Forum account will be renamed shortly.
