We don't have any IPs from the range 46.246.* blocked at the moment according to the firewall listing. It may be the ISP itself and not your home network that's blocking it. Try visit the following IP in a browser: http://65.19.141.70/ If it's working you'll see a suspended page, if your ISP has issues, you'll get a timeout. That is the Lily server, it uses an entirely different firewall from the others we have since it runs Windows, and the rules on it exclude 80 and 443 from blocks unless specified otherwise (e.g. for DDoS), so even if you somehow managed to get blocked on that server, it would still serve websites if your ISP is working properly.

You're not showing as blocked in the firewall, so this is probably an issue with your ISP, especially since Helionet doesn't work for you on that connection either. A firewall block would normally only affect the hosting server you're on. Getting IP blocked from HelioNet (which is on a different server from the hosting) is difficult if not impossible for a normal user.

Usually when we run into this issue with a brand new account, it's because of invalid characters in the password (e.g. accented characters, spaces, or characters from non-English languages). The system will accept them but they do not actually work, resulting in this issue. Please check your email for a link to reset the password.

Please check your email for a link to reset your password. The account is active, so the password reset should resolve any ability to log in.

Resent.

It usually comes within a few minutes. Be aware of that not all email providers will deliver our emails though, or they put them in spam, so it's possible you won't receive it. What was the email address or transaction ID on your donation?

Please add the domain I just purchased to my server

Is this still occurring? I just logged into Plesk and cannot replicate this error. I'd guess mysql was restarting when you tried logging in... -
[Solved] ENABLING REMOTE ACCESS TO POSTGRES DB

Krydos has to do this for you. There is no interface for doing it yourself... -
Krydos has to look at it since the unarchive failed.

I'll let Krydos do this because I'm not sure how these work.

Exec is intentionally disabled for security reasons. Python is supported, but you have to develop and run them directly as CGI, you can't run python from PHP here (and to be honest, this is the first time I've heard of someone actually doing that, it's not standard practice) There is currently no limit to the number of sites that can be hosted in an account at the moment (assuming they all fit in your disk space quota), though we've debated adding a domain limit since we've had a few users ask for way too many domains (each domain on the server slows down the server even if it's not being actively used).

Added. It may take up to 2 hours to start working.

You were on Johnny. The old cPanel Johnny was compromised and the accounts turned into phishing sites, so we didn't offer data migrations for those users. That said, you still should have received an invite for a new Johnny account. An invite for a Johnny account has been sent to you It will likely be in your spam folder (gmail nearly always marks our email as spam until you "Not spam" them a few times).

Added. You'll need to configure DNS for the domain to work. You can do this by either: Setting name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Using external DNS and setting an A record pointed to 65.19.141.77 and an AAAA record pointed to 2001:470:1:1ee::2002 The domain may take up to 2 hours to work.

Registration opens at midnight UTC every day and fills quickly, sometimes within seconds. If you tried last night, you didn't get a slot. Only a few accounts are allowed to be created each day for free. I don't see a partial registration in there for you, so you'll need to try again tonight. as an alternative, you can also donate at least one dollar and you'll receive an email that you can use to register regardless of what time it is. If you don't receive the email for that I can always resend a donor invite.

I don't see that email address anywhere in our system... were you trying to sign up or trying to log into an existing account?
-
I believe it does as I remember someone else asking for one to be set up at one point. I'm fairly certain wildcard domains won't support SSL without manually creating and upload certificates though. Plesk cannot request wildcard certificates on our servers since it requires DNS validation and our DNS servers aren't connected to Plesk.

That message is incorrect. I just looked in the backend and can confirm it was a cPanel Johnny account. We deleted the user accounts on that server instead of transferring them because the server was compromised and the accounts were being used for phishing. Since you already have another account anyway, if this account did exist, you'd be violating the TOS instead (users are only allowed one account, which you already have as cvary611 on Tommy). The same email address that belonged to xlory061 is now attached to cvary611 on Tommy, so cvary611 is your account. The account xlory061 does not exist, cannot be recovered, and cannot be recreated.
-
The account xlory061 does not exist. EDIT: Looking at the logs, it appears it was an old cPanel Johnny account that was deleted due to the server being compromised. Since you appear to already have a Tommy account under cvary611 you're not eligible to create a new Johnny account (users are only allowed one account).
