Just because it comes from YouTube doesn't mean it's ok to reproduce. There are thousands of illegal copyrighted videos on YouTube without their (YouTube) knowledge.

That won't work. You need to use ftp.johnny.heliohost.org Just be patient. Johnny is slow at times. I really can't say since I'm not familiar with Visual Studio but you want to ftp to your public_html folder.

Are you using this as the ftp address: ftp.johnny.heliohost.org and using your cpanel username and password?

I'm seeing your site just fine. What happens when you try to visit your site now?

The reason says: I'm going to go ahead and unsuspend your account and escalate this to the admin. who suspended your account so maybe he can explain a little more incase you don't understand.

What scripting languages do you use on your site? If your not using JAVA, ASP.NET, or Ruby on Rails you really need to move your account to the Stevie server.

Works for me now.

This support request is being escalated to our root admin. I checked and imap is working on Stevie but not Johnny. It gives me a 500 error when I try to connect to my gmail account.
