Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

Either delete the .htaccess file in your public_html directory or rename it and then check your site again. You may need to refresh your cache before you check your site again. btw. all .htaccess files are forbidden to public view already but if you want to code it in your .htaccess file, use this: <Files .htaccess> order allow,deny deny from all </Files>

Ok I've reset your password and emailed it to the email you signed up with. Be sure to check your junk folder. -
It's ok to have a few cron jobs. Just make sure you don't run more than two per day.

I take that back. It seems your account is still showing suspended. Please be patient while we rectify the problem. Ok your unsuspended now.

What domain name are you trying to add as a Parked Domain?

You don't change the dns records at your cpanel. Please post your domain name and username.

It should. I deleted the dns entry for that domain.

If your still using the heliohost sub domain and want to keep using it, add your domain to the Parked Domains in cPanel and that way both domain names will work.

That domain was never registered because of the error you kept getting so there is no username yet. You'll need to wait until Stevie is accepting new signups which you can check here: http://bybyron.net/helio/sign-up.php
