Hi, I deleted my stevie account and moved to johnny however am having trouble getting the custom domain to recognise the new site. tomlogan.co.nz still goes to an account queued site which I think is for the johnny server - the DNS then I think is still being used by johnny. also, an additional issue is that the helio domain tomlogan1.heliohost.org which should be on the stevie server is failing to load due to a DNS issue also. could you please help? Thanks

Yes. I'm using this login site (in Chrome, Firefox, and explorer): http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/login/ typing into the username: tmlogan and entering the password you sent. Is that the correct URL? Does the username need something appended to the end?

Hi again, Thanks. I received your email, but cPanel still tells me that the login is invalid. Am I doing something wrong?

I've got the same problem. I tried resetting my cPanel password, but the new one it generated doesn't work either. username: tmlogan Could you please reset my password also?
