When I go here: http://zoutofficial.heliohost.org I see your Home Page (see attachment). If you've created an index page (index.php, index.html, index.shtml, etc.) then yes that's the way it works. If your not seeing your home page (index page) then clear your cache.

You do mean zoutofficial.heliohost.org instead of .com Do you mean the cgi-bin? Your site isn't showing the queued page for me.
