my account blocked from today dont know why. my user name is xemity hosted on steive server and the domain i hosted is xemity.com

My account is on stieve server, domain www.xemity.com. Recently my website got suspended because of overloading. I don't know how it happend. If it really happens, again i'll take care of it. Please activate my account. Also my cpanel username is also blocked by trying to reset that. Kindly I'm requesting to activate my account for using your service.
