[Solved] Suspended: Azuzard
Ice IT Support replied to azuzard's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Your account was suspended for running 5 cron jobs in one day. Users are limited to two cron jobs per day. If you need more cron, I suggest using a free service such as setcronjob.com. Your account has been unsuspended. -
Yes, Stevie's shared IP is blocked in China. You may request an IP change by posting in Customer Service.

[Answered] Question About Mysql Remote Access
Ice IT Support replied to hernolas's topic in Questions
That is very strange. We do not have paid plans. Follow this wiki article to enable remote MySQL http://wiki.helionet.org/MySQL_Databases#Connecting_Remotely -
Since you are the only user who has requested this to be installed so far, we probably won't install it unless your development language doesn't support including the module any other way. In PHP, you should be fine with including the wepay.php file at the top of your scripts. I don't know about other languages though.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache. As you already know, this is your second high load suspension. Please be aware a third one may be permanent. Check your cloudflare settings, especially that developer mode is off. Cloudflare can only cache static content, such as HTML files and images. PHP, CGI, etc. will still be loaded directly from Stevie. Unfortunately, if your site has no static content aside from images, then it might be time to look into paid hosting. -

The process sometimes can take a bit longer due to high server load. Give it another day or so. If the problem persists, an admin will look into the case.

Please wait at least 24-48 hours from domain creation for the queued page to go away. The queue process applies to all domains (main domain, subdomains, addon domains, and parked domains), and not just at initial account setup.

Your site loads at normal speed for me. Have you tried it on multiple machines? Also, keep in mind you are on Johnny, which tends to have a "moody" server load. You can monitor Johnny's load at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/.

Your account was suspended for inactivity, because you haven't logged into your account in the last 30 days. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit http://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days.
