  1. I have been trying to publish updates to my website using Frontpage extensions. Everything used to work in the past, but for about the last week I have been getting an error. I thought there might be a Johnny issue, but it seems too long. I have tried to re-install Frontpage extensions too. When I tried to reinstall, or uninstall frontpage extensions I got a "No Server found" message Error: Server Error: The server extensions were unable to access the file "httpd.conf". Please check the file permissions. I am trying to publish to: http://sseacord.heliohost.org Please help. Thanks. sseacord
  2. Thanks. Looks happy and is working now. When I was having the issue, the automated process would indicate my account was not suspended, the domain would indicate my account was suspended and cPanel would not recognize my username / password as a valid combination. This happened once before too, with about the same result. Perhaps it is an ISP caching issue, but that would be suprising as I used different computers/mobile devices (on different ISPs) in addition to clearing my cache. I even waited a couple of days before opening this thread to see if things would clear. Anyway, thanks -- perhaps just 'checking' provided the catalyst for things to resolve.

  4. a. sseacord b. Johnny c. sseacord.heliohost.org I get the following error when attempting the renewal script: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.
  5. a. sseacord b. Johnny c. sseacord.heliohost.org I think the account was suspended from inactivity, but have been unable to renew, or previously login to get to cpanel (I think Johnny was down when I was trying). Many thanks.
