Yes, it will update even if DNS is set to cloudflare. You entered the domain with http:// which is not necessary. I removed that for you. Your domain should be up in 24 hours.
-
Since you are on Johnny, my guess is high server load.

We do offer SFTP, and you can find the information by selecting the 'Configure FTP Client' option for any account under 'FTP Accounts' in cPanel. Currently we do not offer SSH to users for security reasons. The best way to debug your scripts is to do it locally. If something was to go wrong while testing here, then your account could be suspended for causing high server load. You can find documentation for our languages at http://www.heliohost.org/home/features/languages

This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

I don't know if admins can manually create NS records. What subdomain do you want to set NS records for, and what should those NS records be set to? Also, we'll need your cPanel username and server.

Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on

You'll need to move all your files and databases, which involves a backup.

[Answered] Two Mail Servers Associated With A Single Domain Name
Ice IT Support replied to aruncryptix's topic in Questions
DNS-wise, all mail is directed to one server or another. It's then up to the receiving server to direct mail. Unless there is another email provider that provides that functionality, it's not currently possible as far as I know. The closest thing HelioHost offers is forwarders. -
It's probably best to setup a website to share your art on, and then make a post announcing your site.
-
The domain buares.com.br appears to be your main domain in the database. Wait at least 24 hours. If you still have issues after that time, then let us know. Keep in mind, you will see the queued page for 24 to 48 hours. That is normal.

Did you try using http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete ? -
Could you be more specific please? We do not offer setting NS records for heliohost.org subdomains, if that's what you are asking.

[Solved] Suspended: Cherio
Ice IT Support replied to cherio's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache. -
When you create your account, cPanel creates a Unix user on the server, thus the email address <cPanel username>@<server name>.heliohost.org works. This email account is fully functional. Beyond that, you have to setup your own email accounts, which you did in the case of chuck@chuck.heliohost.org. Hopefully that clears things up a bit. Did you get a mail delivery failure message back? If not, then it was probably lost on the receiving end, or the address was typed incorrectly. Check the spam folder on the receiving end.

Try changing your domain to just jheelam.in. The www part is automatically created for you. If that doesn't solve the issue, then an admin will need to take a closer look at it.
-
Johnny is the more unstable server, and tends to have 500 errors when high load occurs. If you do not need services such as ASP.net, Java, or Ruby on Rails, then I suggest moving to Stevie, our stable server.
-
Try using 216.218.192.170 as the IP address, unless you purchased a static IP. If so, use that. The instructions given for the DNS changes in cPanel are written clearly. Follow them word-for-word and you should be fine.

Go ahead and try, since we might be able to. See http://www.heliohost.org/home/features/languages/aspnet for more information on HelioHost's use of mono.

[Solved] Suspended: Maskcafe
Ice IT Support replied to bongda16's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org -
It loaded fine for me the first time. Most likely Johnny was facing high server load at the time. Try again when the server load is lower. You can monitor load at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/

Your site is loading fine for me. It is possible that your ISP is caching web pages. You can bypass this by using a VPN or proxy. -
Try it now.
