For MySQL databases you'll have to enableb remote connection through cPanel again. For PostgreSQL DBs, it'll again have to be set up by Krydos for you. You can post them here, to enable remote connection.

Your account wasn't deleted. Tommy's being rebuilt due to a recent crash. Hence it's formatted and all accounts in it are gone. Go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup with your previous Tommy credentials. Now what you can do is wait for Tommy to come back and create an account again. Otherwise you can temporarily create an account on Ricky which can be moved to Tommy after he's back. If you're a donor is your transaction ID and you can receive an invite. Otherwise consider signing up at midnight UTC when the registrations open up.

Yeah your homepage is loading perfectly.

You needn't worry, just relax. Any admin will get this fixed as soon as they're online. Maybe a mod can escalate this. You don't need to do anything.
-
Yep. A root admin like wolstech, Krydos or Byron.

Who marked this as solved?

Whoa! Lucky guy indeed. ;-)

@flazepe: That doesn't mean that site isn't to be trusted. I use it for all my conversions and it's a good one. It's not that I don't recommend 7-zip but he'll have to install it. @PCBSunbird: Just point the domains you used to have on your previous account, to HelioHost nameservers.

Use this tool to convert it into a zip file: https://convertio.co/tgz-zip/ and download the file. Now extracting the zip file is easy.

[Solved] Ricky's Backup Wizzard - Empty Primary Domain

Umm that's why you've to restore things manually. First you gotta request a cleanup of your previous add-ons getting the cluster, then add them again and they restore the files accordingly. -

Yeah you need to re-enter your add-ons, emails, ftp etc. BTW what's your new username? -
@jenova: Rubygems is sort of the hosting manager for the programming language Ruby. It allows you to publish your website coded in Ruby.

No Tommy isn't back. However in the meantime you can receive a Ricky invite after Krydos verifies your donation. Your account can be moved to Tommy once he's back.

@wolstech: Probably my last message got mixed in the crowd. I'm sure you'll check this one again. Just check out your PM. I've received the reply from cP. After that just delete this post.

[Solved] Can I Do Anything to Get my Page Up?
Sn1F3rt replied to lgpchelp's topic in Customer Service
Tommy's been rebuilt and formatted. Hence all the accounts on it are gone. Go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup using your previous Tommy credentials. Then you can sign up for a temporary account on Ricky which will be moved to Tommy after he's back. If you're a donor, you can post your latest transaction ID here and get a Ricky invite. Otherwise you're always welcome to make a donation. If you can't donate, you can sign up at midnight UTC. -
You should be able to login into cPanel cuz your main domain is functioning properly. Try resetting your password if that's the problem.

HelioHost Server Monitor (created by Piotr GRD)
Sn1F3rt replied to Piotr GRD's topic in Customer Service
Nope... Just that he'll be rebuilt on Sparkie. That's to increase his efficiency and uptime. But that's only after Tommy's been rebuilt.. Nothing before that. -
You'll need to signup again. If you're a donor, you can receive an invite or you can otherwise make a donation, or signup at midnight UTC.

Sn1F3rt replied to roguitar's topic in Customer Service
Yep it is. As wolstech said, it was due to a MySQL crash on Ricky (again a direct result of the high server load).- 19 replies
