Yeah Tommy's been formatted so you'll have to recreate your account when he's back. (ie, either signup at midnight or make a donation and get an invite) Hope you stay alive until then! Best wishes,
-
Oh yeah DmC! Working for me too. Your previous credentials won't work bcoz Tommy's been formatted.
-
Yeah... That's possible. An administrator will have to remove the DNS entries from the cluster for you to use that again. Your previous donation is enough for now, but if you appreciate the service, you're always welcome to make another donation to support HelioHost.
-
No that's not the way. An admin or a moderator will manually send you the backup file on your registered email.
-
You can make a donation (minimum $1) and get a Ricky invite. Yeah, Tommy's IP will be remaining the same.
-
@neptunus: You're most welcome! ;-)

[Solved] Add-On Domain Issues (DNS won't clean up)
Sn1F3rt replied to jbbdude's topic in Escalated Requests
Then probably it's a matter of propagation and time coz all the servers don't resolve to the HelioHost nameservers as of now. -
[Solved] Add-On Domain Issues (DNS won't clean up)
Sn1F3rt replied to jbbdude's topic in Escalated Requests
Regarding www.joshbblock.com, your nameservers aren't pointing to HelioHost https://dnschecker.org/?#NS/joshbblock.com . Change your nameservers from afraid.org and then you should be able to add it. -
[Solved] Temp move to Ricky until Tommy is fixed
Sn1F3rt replied to robev's topic in Escalated Requests
Naturally, it is. Your main domain is working fine. Your new domain will start working when Apache restarts on Ricky again. -
@neptunus: First of all there's no multiple opinion about a single topic from the admins and moderators... It's just the way you comprehend it. Secondly everything that's done is mentioned quite in advance. Moreover, what's to be done was mentioned quite clearly in a post called 'Questions and Answers' in the news section. Who says you aren't able to login into cPanel? Johnny and Ricky were completely unaffected by the maintenance downtime. If you can understand simple English, then you'd decipher that Tommy is currently down and is expected to be back by September. Lastly, my two cents to be added. The administrators and moderators are all volunteers here, working hard to keep HelioHost going. Thank God, people like you aren't at any position, otherwise.... I've nothing to say about it. If you are so unhappy with the service provided, just quit HelioHost, no one's begging you to be around here.

@wolstech: sohmab????
-
Didn't get anything of that sort @wolstech. Worked perfectly well for me.
-
Working for me... Try to login again!
-
@Luigi123: It should rather be in the 'Questions' category.

Your first domain is showing 404 error. Also, just move your JSP files to your main domain. Then it'll work there.

[Solved] Request for Ricky invite due to Tommy's maintenance
Sn1F3rt replied to nelsonar's topic in Escalated Requests
Actually Krydos is very busy fixing Tommy so that he can be brought online again shortly. Moreover, he's in charge of the GoFundMe campaign so he'll have to verify your donation. As soon as he does that, you'll be sent a Ricky invite. -
Around $10K should do. HelioHost will purchase a new server (not a refurbished one) with lightning fast speed. After you make the donation kindly post your transaction ID here and the server will be given your name. ;-)

Can't help that, you know. Ricky's experiencing high load over the past few days due to heavy migration of time users. All these errors are occurring due to that. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ - BLUE, BLUE.... EVEN MORE BLUE!

If you need uptime and fast loading time, don't go for Grav as well. It's similar to WordPress. I've used Grav previously and quit it eventually due to high downtime. I would suggest you using Joomla if you need a good CMS with better performance. However, it's always good if you can code things yourself (ie, use HTML/CSS). Having said this, I would also like to mention that I'm on Johnny. Maybe Tommy can handle Grav better. Who knows? You may give it a shot.
