Just a minute here. I too can't access your website. If I amnt won't it's englishup.heliohost.org . It shows IP not found error. In most cases this happens when the A record is missing on your domain. But for you it's correctly defined: https://dnschecker.org/#A/englishup.heliohost.org. Now, I amnt able to diagnose the problem. For the notice of admins or mods, kindly check this discrepancy.- 19 replies

Yeah that nameserver issue's solved. Just checked out the hostname on GRD's tool. Replies were correct on both nameservers. Most probably it's solved, coz my monitor doesn't report any downtime in the last 24 hours.- 19 replies

[Solved] Please remove my Tommy domains so they can be recreated
Sn1F3rt replied to flexo's topic in Escalated Requests
Check again with your registrar coz for me it's pointed to DynaDot: https://dnschecker.org/#NS/hotnova.com -
Ummm..okay. Wasn't aware of that which used to happen previously. I still thought accounts get created at once.
-
His username is abhibabu
-
Pretty good one @sylvain. Keep it up.
-
Your account isn't suspended. Tommy's been rebuilt. This means that it's been formatted and the accounts in it no longer exists. Go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup using your previous Tommy credentials. You may choose to wait till Tommy's back or create a temporary Ricky account which can be moved to Tommy after he's back. Wait for an admin to clean up your domains from the cluster. If you're a donor, you can receive a Ricky invite. Otherwise you can sign up at midnight UTC when registrations open up or make a donation (minimum $) to receive an invite. Also, the page does accept card donations.
-
Yeah it is. An admin will need to clean it up from the cluster.
-
I do not make random posts here and there aking mods to escalate requests. At least not of late!
-
Backups can only be emailed to the registered email address that you last had on your Tommy account. We will not be sending backups to any random email address that people request because anyone could come along and pretend to be a user to gain access to your private files. If you don't have access to the email address that you had registered on your Tommy account you will not be able to receive a backup and you'll have to use whatever the latest backup you had downloaded yourself prior to the crash. If your registered email address was an email that was hosted on Tommy you will need to transfer that email address to Ricky, Johnny, or another host before you will be able to receive the email with the download link.I don't get your logic but. If the user himself PMs from his own account, how can it even stand the likelihood of another person pretending to be the user.

HelioHost Server Monitor (created by Piotr GRD)
Sn1F3rt replied to Piotr GRD's topic in Customer Service
Yeah, sorry for the style of my writing. I meant what you say actually. -
Both regarding change of your username as well as cleanup of your main domain.
-
@BlueyEmperor: Please don't make random posts here and there just to increase your posts count. The admins and mods know their duty well which is why this company is kept going. You needn't instruct them to to what is to be done.
-
Yeah .. But you'd still require your backup to restore it on Tommy. A moderator or admin will manually send that to you.
-
Wait sometime... It takes time for changes to take place. Also changes will take place only in your website and but in cPanel as such.
-
No, but did you donate anytime before? Then you can receive a free invite. Also, post your previous main domain so that it can be cleaned by an admin.
-
Post your main domain here for an admin to clean it up from the cluster. Also, the email issue shouldn't be a problem unless it conflicts with the backup system.
-
Check once again.
-
Did you try to signup with the same email address? Or did you enter the same main domain as you had before?

HelioHost Server Monitor (created by Piotr GRD)
Sn1F3rt replied to Piotr GRD's topic in Customer Service
Sparkie is a physical server. A VM is a virtual server on a physical one, created with the help of VMware ESXi. This way the resources of the server are split into parts so that you can have multiple instances on one physical server. For example, Tommy and Cody are virtual servers on Eddie, which is a physical server. For that matter all are servers. The last time, I was told that Johnny will be moved to Sparkie for better performance and uptime. Probably that time Johnny will be nearing Tommy. No one knows. It's time that will decide it all. -
[Solved] Can't access server and transfer files via FTP
Sn1F3rt replied to roguitar's topic in Customer Service
Yeah @Piotr GRD. The connection to the IP address of Ricky directly, may be successful. But even then the server isn't working. That's why cPanel isn't accessible. The hostname (ie, ricky.heliohost.org) doesn't resolve to it's IP. This usually happens when the server goes down due to high load, however, the IP is independent of that.- 16 replies

It's not possible to change the timezone specifically for your account as it is a root function and is set through WHM. However, if you're looking for the changes to the on your website (ie, data to be displayed in your timezone) this might be helpful: https://www.interserver.net/tips/kb/change-default-timezone-using-htaccess-cpanel/ .
