No, you didn't do anything wrong. It would have been good if you mentioned you donated through the fundraiser. Nevermind, it's alright now. Krydos will take care of this. He's in charge of the fundraiser, so he'll verify your donation and send you an invite. Thanks for your patience!

@BlueyEmperor: A HelioHost subdomain cannot be an add-on. It must only be the user's main domain. If you try to create it as an add-on, it will say that the HelioHost.org domain is already owned by another user and so you cannot create a subdomain of it. If she'd like a HelioHost subdomain, she can set it through: http://www.heliohost...scripts/domain/.

In the PayPal past transactions page, search for your donation to HelioHost.

@Luigi123: He's already his account with the main domain http://sfavron.heliohost.org . Hence, he wants to have his previous domain only after he's back on Tommy.

Hey your always welcome. However, I'm afraid you were on Tommy. You must have already read that Tommy's being rebuilt due to a recent crash. Hence it's formatted and all accounts in it are gone. Go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup with your previous Tommy credentials. Now what you can do is wait for Tommy to come back and create an account again. Otherwise you can temporarily create an account on Ricky which can be moved to Tommy after he's back. If you're a donor is your transaction ID and you can receive an invite. Otherwise consider signing up at midnight UTC when the registrations open up. But first you must request a main domain cleanup before you can create your account.

@snowm: It's always good to be positive you know. It's good that you make an assumption and are expecting it but don't post that in reply to other's query regarding the estimation on when Tommy will be back. I'll tell you why. When you state that estimated date is September 9, people will take that for granted. Now those of them who do not read this, will start bombarding the forums tomorrow with queries regarding Tommy and requests to be moved to Tommy. This obviously won't happen tomorrow as there weren't much of them whom you said the same. Those whom you did, can be handled if at all they make a query. This was just a suggestion for you from my personal experiences. Coz this has happened before at another forum I was earlier involved with. The same thing - people got misleaded due to false assurance and we had to handle and manage everyone's queries on that particular day.

That account was on Tommy, I believe. Probably she misunderstood herself being on Johnny.
