[Solved] Use HelioHost as a backup email server
Sn1F3rt replied to MauroF's topic in Customer Service
Changing the A record won't work as it'll always show the Queued page on the respective server. You'll have to set your nameservers to that of HelioHost. -
I think that could be done. Since you donated to Sparkie, you could choose to have double immunity. Note that there's one more way of waiving inactivity archive - you can make a $1 recurring donation or a $12 if that's convenient. It's basically a dollar a month so your account won't be archived due to inactivity.

Ah yes! Actually it's 50/day. Dunno what I was thinking while posting this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yeah you'll have to install it yourself. We have a wiki guide you might find helpful: https://wiki.helionet.org/Installing_a_Let%27s_Encrypt_SSL_Certificate

Emails are limited to 100 a day, crossing that limit will get your account suspended. Whatever client you use to send email doesn't matter, just be sure not to exceed the prescribed limit. Nevermind, if the purpose of sending emails is important for you, you can request a limit increase.

Umm.. Maybe you were missed in the bulk of account transfers. An admin will move your account to Tommy, as soon as they see this.

Have you already downloaded your backup? If not, do so at https://www.heliohost.org/backup and then request a clean up of your domains from the cluster. Then just add them to your account and upload the files from your backup to the respective directory in public_html. For the databases, you can restore them using phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin. If you need any other help, feel free to ask here.
-
Please also post your domains, including your main domain.
-
Have you already collected your backup? If not, go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup using your previous Tommy credentials. Then make a forum topic to cleanup your old domains from the cluster. Then you'll be sent an invite following which you'll be able to recreate your account on Tommy.

Doesn't matter. Krydos can set that up for you. @Mods: Kindly move this to 'Customer Service'.

[Solved] Remote access to PostgreSQL database
Sn1F3rt replied to gabfam's topic in Escalated Requests
Yes it is. Krydos has to set that up for you. -
I'm using the Tommy IMAP and SMTP on a remote email client. Works perfectly well for me. Dunno about the POP thing.

No you needn't sign up for multiple accounts. HelioHost provides unlimited add-on domains, that means you can host as many number of websites on HelioHost as you wish. Just add them as add-ons.
-
Which version of PHP are you using?
-
That's bcuz of your ISP. It happens with one of my mobile connections too, when the ISP to frequently bounces IPs and panels like cP, VestaCP etc. which require IP authorization don't allow us to stay logged in. You've to either use a different connection, or try using a VPN (preferably TouchVPN cuz it comes as a Chrome extension, so you needn't install anything).

Please download your Tommy backup from https://www.heliohost.org/backup. Then post your previous main domain here to be cleaned up by an admin. After that's done, you'll be sent an invite following which you'll be able to recreate your account on Tommy, and then you can manually restore your backup with help from the admins if needed. Wolstech, you quick guy!

Follow this tutorial: https://tutorials.hostucan.com/how-to-migrate-phpbb-site-to-a-new-server

You can donate at https://www.heliohost.org/donate . For the space increase, you have to make a donation of $5/gb. That's supposing you want 1gb extra storage and move to Tommy, you'll have to donate $5+$1=$6. For every additional gb of storage you'll require a $5 donation. You might also donate through the fundraiser here.
-
Yes you can make a donation (minimum $1) and an admin will move your account to Ricky or Tommy, whichever you choose (preferably Tommy). Then you'll also get better uptime as this two are much stabler than Johnny.

Scroll up to my post. Interestingly, that's where I drew the info for what I'd posted.

[Solved] Account not automatically transferred to Tommy
Sn1F3rt replied to konzept's topic in Customer Service
Yes; an admin will have to clean that up before you can use that when you receive your invite.
