Amnt sure if this can be done. My logic states that you just need the nameserver to be operational. So how about adding a glue nameserver for your domain pointing to 8.8.8.8 and adding that some with HelioHost ns2. Just give it a shot... Never tried it before. Maybe it can solve your problem.

Your account wasn't erased. Tommy's being rebuilt due to a recent crash. Hence it's formatted and all accounts in it are gone. Go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup with your previous Tommy credentials. Now what you can do is wait for Tommy to come back and create an account again. Otherwise you can temporarily create an account on Ricky which can be moved to Tommy after he's back. If you're a donor is your transaction ID and you can receive an invite. Otherwise consider signing up at midnight UTC when the registrations open up.

All the accounts on Tommy have been formatted...so cant help it. You'll have to recreate your account when he's back.

No you needn't add Cloudflare.... AutoSSL will generate a DV certificate for it when Apache on Ricky restarts. Yes the ns1 had gone down a short while ago, as reported by my monitor. However it's back now.

Try clearing your cache. It loads fine for me. For Sportsnixe, check out the certificate again, it now shows the AutoSSL DV certificate.
