  1. If you'd like to get your website back online as soon as possible we've been offering affected Johnny users a free Morty trial until the rebuild is finished. Is that something you're interested in, or would you rather wait for the rebuild to finish which could take a couple weeks or more?

  3. This is why we emailed you on April 27th to let you know that the modules wouldn't be transferred, and you would need to request them again. We advised you to request them in advance so there would be no downtime when you were moved 2 weeks later.   8. This is why we emailed you on April 27th to let you know you were going to be moved. A lot of people actually read that email and then requested the Python modules they needed before they even moved, and realized they were going to have to change their remote database string, etc. We also posted the same news on this forum, Discord, Facebook, etc. If you had read that email and told us the modules you needed 2 weeks ago there wouldn't have been any 500 errors. Modules installed.

  10. I think I've got something for you. Download the backup from https://heliohost.org/backup again. The original file is in there with the -old.tar.gz but there is a new .tzst file attached too. See if that .tzst file has the database you need.

  15. Can you give me some text that would be inside the database? Sometimes when files are recovered in a situation like this the filename gets lost, but the data inside may still be there with a randomized name.
  16. I took another look at the crashed Johnny server, and there is no trace of that database remaining. You'll have to restore it from your own personal backups that you made.

We should have rebuilt Johnny sooner before this happened. Correct, while your Johnny account is offline you won't be able to receive emails or login. 1. Yes, once the Morty account is set up and the domains are added back to it the email will begin working again. 2. Email servers are supposed to continue trying to send the same email over and over for at least a few days until it finally delivers, but some mail servers may be lazy and give up at different times. We're at about 32 hours of downtime right now, so I would say that as long as you get your Morty account created and all the domains re-added in the next 16 hours you shouldn't lose a single email. After 48 hours some email servers may stop trying to resend it. 3. No the account will be brand new with all the default settings. We will need to add the domains again and you'll need to set up any rules or filters you may have had before. Let us know if you have any other questions.
  18. Yes, when the new Johnny is finished being built the accounts will start again with no files in the default state. It's great that you keep your own backups. We always recommend people take their own backups, but it seems like most people don't take our advice. If you're missing any files you can check https://heliohost.org/backup but not everything we've recovered has been listed in there yet. If there are certain files you're looking for let us know and we can take a closer look for them. Please note the databases from Johnny were pretty much all gone, so there is not much we can do there.
