I know of one person who has kept an active account since at least 2007-06-30. That's the oldest continuous user that I know of other than like Ashoat himself.

You selected the Johnny server which has AutoSSL disabled. AutoSSL causes quite a bit of load so in order to fit more free accounts on Johnny we have it disabled. Johnny still supports SSL, you just have to install it yourself. Check out https://wiki.helionet.org/management/johnny-ssl for instructions.

Each time we do a fundraiser we raise the maximum so donors to our old fundraisers can donate again and get some benefit too. After our NAS/Lily fundraiser we raised the maximum to 2000 MB. Then after the Sparkie fundraiser we raised the maximum to 3000 MB. We decided to be extra generous this time and raised it to 5000 MB instead of just adding another 1000 MB like our pattern was previously.

5000 MB is the maximum like it says in the email and on the fundraiser page.

You created your forum account on 2010-01-06. The oldest record of your hosting account I can find was created on Stevie on 2011-02-07 with the domain sylvain.heliohost.org. Is there any domain you would have used before that? I created my first hosting account on Stevie probably September or October 2009, but let it delete without using it much. Then I came back and created another account in 2010. I didn't create my forum account right away though. I started to have an issue with my hosting account so I created a forum account to get support for it on 2010-08-04.

I have increased your storage to the maximum 5000 MB, and you don't need to log in to cpanel until 2021-03-03 to keep your account active. Thanks for the donation.

I finished your VPS and emailed you at 10:30am yesterday, so about 23 hours ago. Perhaps check your spam box? Let me know if you can’t find the email and I can try sending it again.

[Solved] Error when adding domain alias for my website
Krydos replied to man95's topic in Customer Service
The system successfully parked (aliased) the domain “tanwirulilmi.eu.org” on top of the domain “man95.heliohost.org”. -

Actually you created your forum account seven months before I did, so you've been around longer than I have. Thanks for sticking around so long and always making a donation when we need it.

It's the same reason as last time. Failed pop3 logins. You have a mail client on your IP that is trying to log into mail, but it has the wrong username or password. Unless you disable that mail client or put the correct login credentials in it you're just going to keep getting blocked over and over. Unblocked again.

It can take up to 15 minutes to start working again. You tried after 4 minutes.

We've gotten hundreds of donations from people in India through paypal. India is actually in the top 3 countries for where our traffic comes from. I'm not sure why you're having trouble with it. You can post a screenshot by uploading it to an image hosting service such as imgur or gyazo. I personally use gyazo because if you install their program you can just hit Ctrl-shift-C and select whatever part of the screen you want to upload. Then you can take the link and use a tag like this [img=https://i.gyazo.com/ea79c4ed34bf44cadb3005793c143f92.png] Which looks like this

You're on Tommy now. You should be able to log in to cpanel immediately. The TTL of our A records is 14400 so theoretically it could take up to 4 hours for everyone in the world to start using the new Tommy IP address of your website instead of the Johnny IP address. It usually doesn't stay cached for that long though. Your website may show queued for a while too while Tommy gets your account set up. There is an apache restart scheduled for 45 minutes from now, so that should fix the queued issue. If you see the queued message after 45 minutes from receiving this email be sure to clear your browser cache or try a different browser as sometimes the queued page gets saved in your browser. I also increased your storage to the maximum 5000 MB, and you don't need to log in to cpanel to keep your account active until 2021-02-02. Let us know if there's anything else we can help with. Thanks for the donation.

[Solved] Remote PostgreSQL Activation Request
Krydos replied to j0atm0n's topic in Escalated Requests
I have tested Phppgadmin on my Tommy account and it works for me so it looks like this is only affecting your account. Sometimes the postgres password and the cpanel password get out of sync and it can cause this issue. If this is what is happening you can fix it by going to https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/passwd/index.html and change your cpanel password to something else. Let us know if that doesn't fix it.
