  1. Have you tried deleting your account here http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete Be sure you use your username, kiki, not your email address. Also people have a tendency to press submit twice on that form so the second click results in an error message saying that there is no active account. If you submit your account for deletion properly your domain will start to show an inactive page. This is normal, and if you renew your account at this point it will cancel the deletion. Also, if your intent is to move to Tommy did you know an admin can move your account for you so you don't have to delete and resignup for as little as a $1 USD donation? If you're interested in that go to https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ and choose any of the ways to donate there, and let us know your transaction ID. Then an admin will move your existing account and all of its settings to Tommy.
  2. I wonder if it was /tmp being full that was preventing logins too? If so that has been fixed.
  3. I have increased your storage to the maximum, and you don't need to log in to cpanel to keep your account active until 2021-11-05. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thank you so much for your donation!
  4. Johnny's /tmp has been cleaned out, and the 2 users that used up 1 GB each have been suspended.
  5. Does this help https://github.com/guzzle/guzzle/issues/2617 ? Curl hasn't been updated on Tommy, so it's not that.
  6. Can you log in at https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/ ? Since you're on Johnny your server experiences a lot more load spikes than the other servers. If the load is too high the login times out which can cause an "Invalid Login" message even though you have the right password.
  7. Unblocked. If you log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ that won't happen again.
  8. I have increased your storage to the maximum, and you don't need to log in to cpanel to keep your account active until 2021-03-05. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thank you so much for your donation!
  9. The NS records ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org are correct. The reason you're seeing the "unusual redirect" as you call it is because you had ns1.heliohost.org saved as an A record in name.com dns system. This is incorrect, but now that you've switched to our nameservers it should fix itself in time. DNS servers utilize caching to reduce load and increase speed. This means that a DNS server can keep sending out the old information sometimes as long as 48 hours after you change your NS records. The only solution is to be patient and wait for the old cached information to expire. You can check that link I posted above to see if any of those dns servers have the old info cached still. When they all say ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org instead of name.com you're good to go.
  10. Did you change your nameservers recently? I'm seeing some DNS servers in the world showing the wrong settings. https://dnschecker.org/#NS/pinbank.live
  11. If you need that much memory we recommend getting a VPS so you'll have the whole server to yourself. https://www.heliohost.org/vps/
  12. Yes, creating an account on Tommy grants you 1000 MB of hosting server space on our best server. You might also be interested in increasing your server space from 1000 MB up to as much as 5000 MB. We're currently running a fundraiser, and you can increase your storage space by donating to that if you want. If you make a donation at the link below let us know and I'll send you an invite to Tommy that you can use any time of the day, even if the server is full for the day, to create your Tommy account, and give you the storage space increase as well. https://charity.gofundme.com/o/en/campaign/2020-server-improvements?utm_source=helionet&utm_medium=meter&utm_campaign=2020gofundme
  13. Wow, the last time you logged in was in 2018. Welcome back. Unarchived.
  14. 60 seconds of execution, and 128 MB of memory is already the maximum that we allow to help prevent the server from having too many load spikes. Why do you need higher than this?
  15. Thanks for purchasing a VPS. Let us know if you need any help with anything.
  16. Sure, you can start the thread if you want. The admins can't post user's websites in this thread though because not all users want their accounts or their domains to be public information.
  17. I know of one person who has kept an active account since at least 2007-06-30. That's the oldest continuous user that I know of other than like Ashoat himself.
  18. You selected the Johnny server which has AutoSSL disabled. AutoSSL causes quite a bit of load so in order to fit more free accounts on Johnny we have it disabled. Johnny still supports SSL, you just have to install it yourself. Check out https://wiki.helionet.org/management/johnny-ssl for instructions.
  19. Each time we do a fundraiser we raise the maximum so donors to our old fundraisers can donate again and get some benefit too. After our NAS/Lily fundraiser we raised the maximum to 2000 MB. Then after the Sparkie fundraiser we raised the maximum to 3000 MB. We decided to be extra generous this time and raised it to 5000 MB instead of just adding another 1000 MB like our pattern was previously.
  20. 5000 MB is the maximum like it says in the email and on the fundraiser page.
  21. You created your forum account on 2010-01-06. The oldest record of your hosting account I can find was created on Stevie on 2011-02-07 with the domain sylvain.heliohost.org. Is there any domain you would have used before that? I created my first hosting account on Stevie probably September or October 2009, but let it delete without using it much. Then I came back and created another account in 2010. I didn't create my forum account right away though. I started to have an issue with my hosting account so I created a forum account to get support for it on 2010-08-04.
  22. Remote access enabled.
  23. I have increased your storage to the maximum 5000 MB, and you don't need to log in to cpanel until 2021-03-03 to keep your account active. Thanks for the donation.
