You can switch to our nameservers for a few hours until you can add the domain to cpanel, and then switch right back. With that A record it will work with someone elses nameservers, but cpanel won't let you add the domain unless you're using our nameservers. The reason why is because if that check wasn't in place people could add all sorts of random domains like google.com. The other option is you could use our nameservers and just copy your mx records and everything over to be hosted by us.

Create the subdomain pikhe.namgyal.heliohost.org then check the addon domain page. If the addon domain pikhe.com shows up that means your domain will start working within 12 hours. If it doesn't show up let us know and we'll take another look.

Can you add something like this header to each email? List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:unsubscribe@paranormalcfg.ml>, <https://paranormalcfg.ml/path/to/unsubscribe/script.php> You will then need to monitor the email address unsubscribe@paranormalcfg.ml and prevent emails from going to an address that gets listed. The link could be a way for them to delete their account maybe? You can read about that header at http://www.list-unsubscribe.com/

You might have been trying to connect during high load. Things tend to timeout when the load is high. Since you picked the Johnny server the load is frequently high like that. Ricky and Tommy, our production servers, don't have high load like that. Can you log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ now?

That's because that's what your servlet does. What is it supposed to do? Try editing the code and upload a different version.

http://clan-detachments.heliohost.org/scrape.py isn't giving a 500 error. I assume you got it figured out?

That's because /usr/local/bin/python2.7 doesn't exist. Use /usr/bin/python2.7.

That happens on Johnny sometimes because he's so overloaded. Usually the easy fix is to just create the subdomain paranormalcfg.redweb.heliohost.org If it works your addon domain should immediately show up on the addon domain page in cpanel. Once you can see it on that page it will then take up to 12 hours to start working. Let us know if this doesn't fix it and we can take a closer look.
