Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...

Krydos replied to Amoss's topic in Escalated Requests
Did this .war ever do anything? The archive appears to be empty to me. -
Old username/domain no longer available after suspension, few Qs
Krydos replied to jcook's topic in Customer Service
You get an email several days before your site goes inactive reminding you to log in, and then another email the moment your site is taken offline. The problem here is that the server you were on, Johnny, crashed entirely but we made a bunch of news posts about it so you would have known if you had seen the news. If you want to get notifications about HelioHost news like this we recommend following us on Twitter https://www.twitter.com/heliohost and liking us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/heliohost.org -
The benefit for HelioHost of accounts using cloudflare is if mlex or someone manages to upset a hacker who owns a botnet cloudflare protects our servers from taking the inevitable ddos.

Ah, the reason you didn't automatically get the storage space increase is because that donation was made directly through paypal instead of through the gofundme. We exported a list of email addresses who donated through gofundme and doubled the storage of all them. I found your donation though. Is your storage doubled now?

Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 2 hours. There was a conflict with your username so I had to change it to kingke2. You should still be able to log in with your email address as before at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ though.

What email address did you donate from? You can PM it if you want, but make sure you post here letting me know I have a new PM otherwise I'll never remember to check.

If it was possible to install an older version of cpanel we would have.

Clear your browser cache. http://hajjpracticalities.heliohost.org/ works for me.

Make sure you use the last invite to arrive as each invite that is sent invalidates its predecessors.

I sent him an email about the IP change and an invitation to create his new monitor account as soon as the server was ready. He couldn't have fixed it himself prior to that.

The first deployment, or each time you change the filename, can take a few hours. Once it's deployed and you're just uploading a new version with the same filename it should deploy in just a few minutes.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache. If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic you might consider trying paid hosting from our partner starting at only a cent for the first month. https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator

Just use php 7.1 which already has apcu installed http://krydos1.heliohost.org/71/phpinfo.php Besides if you're worried about performance php 7 is way faster than php 5.

[Solved] Python Module Install Request On Johnny
Krydos replied to rashmi's topic in Escalated Requests
Alright https://krydos1.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/modules36.py -
Do they have to send an email to a certain address, ie: unsubscribe@whatever.com or is there a link on your website where they can opt out? Do all of your emails that you send contain instructions for opting out? Do you delete their email addresses from your lists entirely if they request it, etc. etc. Please post an actual email with the private information censored if needed. The reason we ask all of these questions is because -- believe it or not -- there are people out there that don't actually realize they are sending spam and they swear to us they won't, but we need to examine the emails ourselves. We make the final decision on what is or is not spam. If you can't or don't want to answer the questions fully you can simply use another service for your email hosting and continue using our servers for the website alone. Sorry for the inconvenience.
