For anyone else that searches and finds this post please keep in mind a couple things. Please start your own thread, don't reply to this thread unless it involves this domain or this username. It's just extra work for us to split the threads to keep things organized. It's pretty likely that if you post on a thread that already says [Solved] that your request will get missed. Please do not upload your SSL certificate to public_html. SSL only works if you keep the private.key file private. That's why it's called private.key. Certificate.crt is fine to share with everyone. Allowing the private.key to be downloaded by anyone is like standing on a busy street handing out keys to your house and telling everyone your address. @lutyThere you go https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=lutymolinsradio.live

[HH#634332] Asking for SSL Certificate installation
Krydos replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
That subdomain isn't hosted by us, so installing it on our servers won't do anything. You'd need to install the ssl certificate on whoever owns the 46.248.190.217 ip address. -

[HH#530647] buy a vps without heliohost account
Krydos replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
When you pay for a VPS you either type an email address in when you type in your card number, or if you pay with a PayPal account we get the email address associated with that account. Within 24 hours of paying, usually less, you will receive an email to that provided address with instructions on how to log in to your new VPS. -
Johnny was moved to the new hard drive, and everything went just fine. The VPS didn't get quite as big of a speed boost as we were hoping, but there is definitely a noticeable improvement.
-
The https redirect has been removed. Feel free to upload a new ssl certificate to your /home/eggcite/ directory, do not upload it to public_html, and I can install it for you. Then you can redirect to https again with .htaccess.
-
Did you know that you can generate a new SSL certificate using Zerossl or one of the dozens of free Let's Encrypt tools and I can install the certificate for you?
-
Like it says at https://www.heliohost.org/signup/ We are in the process of upgrading our servers to use the Plesk control panel right now so you won't be able to log in to existing accounts or create new accounts on Johnny, Ricky, or Tommy until this process is done.

[HH#571204] Vps51.heliohost.us is down for more than 8 hours
Krydos replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
I recommend making a new payment with the link that was emailed to you and canceling the payment that has stopped working to prevent it from double charging you. Once a new payment is made the VPS can be powered back on. -
[HH#571204] Vps51.heliohost.us is down for more than 8 hours
Krydos replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
Your VPS payment was 6 days overdue. -
Alright, if you can't pay today we can hold onto your data for up to 30 days and when you can pay again we can power your VPS back on with all your data intact. Our policy is to only hold onto VPS data for 30 days without payment so if you need to go longer than that between payments you should take a backup now and then when you're able to pay again we can set up a new VPS for you and you can restore your backups.
-
Like it says in your screenshot your last payment of $12 was made on August 18th which means your VPS expired on September 18th. Since it is currently September 23rd that means your payment is now 5 days overdue. If you have already made a payment, other than the August 18th payment, please provide the transaction ID so it can be linked to your account.

Of course, your subscription has been canceled, your $4.00 has been refunded, and your VPS has been deleted. Thanks for trying out our VPS service.

What is the speed of your internet connection?

We're moving people in the order of how much they have donated over the last year. So if you donate more than $300 you'd be first. If you donate more than $110 you'd be in the first 10. If you donate more than $32 you'd be in the first 50. If you donate more than $24 you'd be in the first 100. If you donate more than $5 you'd be in the first 300. If you donate $1 you'd be in the first 650. Right now the people with beta access have volunteered their accounts for testing, but don't actually have access to Plesk yet even though their accounts have been moved, so even if you donate $300+ it might be a while before you can log in to Plesk.

That's because the sale is still going on. Yep, if you want an upgrade we can put you on the waiting list. For instance if you want 3 GB memory it's $7.00 for 2 GB memory, 2 CPUs, and 50 GB storage plus you get the free 1 GB memory to make it 3 GB total.
-
cPanel revoked our licenses and tried to charge us over $17,000 per year. There are a few news posts about it.
-
The regular price is 1 GB memory, 2 CPUs, and 50 GB storage for $4.
-
You can signup at https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ Please note that we are currently full on VPS, but we're taking requests and when there is space to create your VPS we will contact you to see if you're still interested.
-
If you set up remote mysql prior to cPanel revoking our licenses then you can probably continue to use remote mysql.
