    Yes, if the load is too high, which it frequently is on Johnny, the website will give an invalid login message.

    Downloading a file means you have an invalid .htaccess file saved in your browser cache. Clearing your browser cache will fix this and allow you to see your site as everyone else sees it. If you're unable to clear your browser cache for some reason using a different browser will accomplish the same thing.
